Overview
Answers to the most common questions about Fullpath's Consent Management Hub — what it is, what's included, and how it works alongside your existing systems.
What It Is & Why It Matters
What is the Consent Management Hub?
It's a unified view of your customers' communication preferences. Fullpath's Consent Management Hub brings opt-in and opt-out signals together across your connected systems into a single source of truth, so you can see — and act on — the current, accurate status for every contact.
What problem does it solve?
When a customer opts out through one platform — your CRM, your website, a marketing vendor — that preference often stays trapped in that one system. Other tools keep messaging them, which risks both customer trust and compliance exposure (TCPA and state-law violations can run $500–$1,500 per message). The Hub keeps every connected system working from the same, current status automatically.
Eligibility & Pricing
Do I need a special plan to use it?
The Consent Management Hub is included for CDP Pro subscribers at no additional cost — there's no separate setup fee or license. It's live for all CDP Pro clients starting September 9, 2026.
How It Works
Where does my consent data come from?
Out of the box, the Hub reads consent signals from your CRM, your DMS, the National Do Not Call registry, and Fullpath's own products (like Website Engagement and Lead Handling). Any additional vendor you connect adds another source.
What happens if two systems disagree about a customer's status?
The most recent update always governs. For example, if a number was previously marked opted out and a newer event from your CRM marks it opted in, the Hub treats it as opted in and contactable going forward.
Why isn't my consent coverage 100%?
Connected vendors sync with the Hub on their own schedule (hourly, daily, etc.) — the dashboard shows each vendor's last-updated timestamp. Coverage can be less than complete for two reasons: your Hub may not yet be connected to every vendor in your communication stack, or a given contact's status may come back as unknown from a source that hasn't reported it.
Connecting a Vendor
How do I connect a new vendor?
From the Vendor Management tab, click Request New Vendor. Fullpath sends your vendor an email with the integration guide and any required agreement. If the vendor is already connected to Fullpath for another dealership, connecting them to your account is much simpler — just click Add next to their name.
How long does it take?
For a vendor that's never integrated with Fullpath before, it can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks — this is largely up to the vendor's own development timeline. Following up with your vendor directly can help move it along. For a vendor already connected to Fullpath elsewhere, adding them to your account typically takes just a few business days.
Is there a cost to connect a vendor?
No — there's no additional cost to you for connecting a vendor. First-time vendors do need to complete a data-handling agreement with Fullpath before receiving API access; that process is between Fullpath and the vendor.
Will opt-outs sync back automatically to my CRM or DMS?
Not yet — automatic CRM/DMS write-back is on our roadmap but isn't available at launch. Until then, use the Hub's activity log as your source of truth for consent status.
Compliance & Responsibility
Does turning on the Hub make me automatically compliant?
No. The Hub centralizes and surfaces your consent data so you can see it clearly — enforcing it within your marketing tools is still your decision. Turning on the Hub doesn't change how your campaigns behave unless you take a specific action based on what you see.
What is Fullpath's role versus mine in staying compliant?
Fullpath facilitates your compliance by empowering you to choose compliant communication methods and by providing clear logs and audit trails of every consent change, its source, and its timestamp. Fullpath cannot compel you to act on consent signals, and cannot compel a vendor to honor them, update them accurately, or send updates within any particular timeframe. Taking action on what the Hub shows you is your responsibility; supplying accurate, timely data is your vendor's responsibility as part of their integration.
