Overview
Profile Management is where you manage your own Fullpath account. In one place, you can keep your name and email up to date, reset your password, secure your sign-in with two-factor authentication (2FA), and check the permission levels you hold.
Profile Management covers your own account only. Admins manage other users' access from User Management. See User Management and Permissions.
How It Works
Profile Management has three sections, listed in the side navigation:
| Section | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Profile details | Update your full name and email, and reset your password. |
| Two-factor authentication | Confirm your password, then set up, reset, or disable 2FA. |
| Permissions | View your permission level for each product, one dealership at a time. This view is read-only. |

Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see Two-factor authentication in Profile Management?
Your account signs in with single sign-on (SSO). SSO accounts don't use Fullpath's 2FA settings, so the section is hidden.
Can I change my own permissions from Profile Management?
No. The Permissions section is read-only. An Admin changes permissions from User Management.
