Overview
The Offer Settings page controls how lease offer down payment information is displayed to shoppers across your offer sources and marketing channels. This article covers what's on the page and what each setting controls.
Where to Find It
Dashboard > Settings > Dealership > Offer Settings
Note: This page was previously named "OEM Offers." The name has changed to "Offer Settings" to reflect the broader set of controls it now includes.
Who Has Access
Users with Edit or Admin profile permissions can configure the settings on this page.
OEM Offer Auto-Approval
This section groups the existing auto-approve checkboxes for Lease, Finance, and Cash OEM offers. Their behavior is unchanged — only the visual grouping and section title are new.
Down Payment Display
This is a new section with a single toggle: "Show down payment alongside due at signing." It's off by default.
How the toggle behaves:
- On: Lease offers show the down payment alongside "due at signing" wherever both are displayed. Down payment appears after due at signing.
- Off (default): Down payment is not shown, even if a value exists for that offer.
- If an offer has no down payment value, only "due at signing" displays — regardless of this setting.
Important: This toggle is global. It applies to all offer sources (OEM, Dealership, Dynamic Payments) and all channels (email, SMS, digital ads, website specials, website widget). There's no per-source or per-channel control.
UX Functionality Summary
- One on/off toggle in the Down Payment Display section — no per-source or per-channel breakdown.
- The OEM Offer Auto-Approval checkboxes are unchanged, just regrouped under a labeled section.
- No date range selector, filters, or export options on this page.
Note: Turning the toggle on or off does not affect whether an offer itself displays — it only controls whether the down payment field is shown alongside due at signing.
