Activity Log: See What's Happening in Your Account
A running record of important changes in your Fullpath account, so you can see what changed, when it changed, and who changed it.
What is the Activity Log?
The Activity Log is an audit trail for your store. It lists the meaningful actions taken in your account in one chronological feed, so you can answer questions like "When was this campaign paused, and who did it?" without having to dig through individual product screens. Each entry tells you the date and time, the product area it relates to, the activity that occurred, and the person (or automated process) responsible.
What's included at launch
The Activity Log is rolling out in stages. In this release it records activity for Audience Activation and Data Ups. Activity for additional product areas will be added in future updates, so you may not yet see entries for every part of your account.
Where to find it
Open the profile / settings menu in the upper-right corner of your Fullpath Dashboard and select Activity Log. You can also go to it directly at dashboard.fullpath.com/activity-log.
Who can see it
The Activity Log is available only to users with Admin access to the store. If you have a non-admin role, the page will not be visible to you. If you believe you should have access, contact a store admin or your Fullpath representative to review your permission level.
What an entry tells you
Every row in the Activity Log includes the following:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date & time | When the activity happened. |
| Type | The product area the activity belongs to (for example, Audience Activation or Data Ups). |
| Activity | What happened. Activities have a parent label (the kind of change) and, where relevant, a more specific child label (for example, parent Campaign Changed with child Campaign Launched). |
| User | The person who made the change, shown as their name and email. If the change was made by the system rather than a person, this is shown as Automatic. |
| Expand | Expanding a row reveals additional detail about the activity. Each detail has a bold title and, where available, supporting content. The amount of detail varies by activity type, and some activities have no extra detail to show. |
Finding what you need
The top of the page gives you several ways to narrow the feed:
- Date picker — limit the feed to a time range, using the quick presets (1W, MTD, 1M, 3M) or a Custom range.
- Search bar — search by user, action, date, or email.
- All types — filter to a single product area.
- All actions — filter to a single kind of activity.
- All users — filter to the changes made by a specific person.
Filters and search work together, so you can combine them — for example, all Campaign Paused activities by a given user within a date range.
What's recorded for Audience Activation
For Audience Activation, the Activity Log records the following:
| Activity (parent) | Specific activities (child) | Details shown when expanded |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign Changed | Campaign Saved as Draft, Campaign Launched, Campaign Paused, Campaign Archived, Campaign Deleted | Campaign Name, Channel |
| Template Edited | Template Edited | Template Name, Channel |
What's recorded for Data Ups
For Data Ups, the Activity Log records the following:
| Activity (parent) | Specific activities (child) | Details shown when expanded |
|---|---|---|
| Opportunity | Sent to CRM | Lead Name |
Good to know
- The Activity Log is read-only. It reflects what happened in your account; you cannot edit or remove entries from it.
- Some activities are performed automatically by the system rather than by a person. These appear with Automatic in the Actor column.
- Coverage is expanding. If you don't yet see a product area you expected, it is likely scheduled for a future update rather than missing.
