Overview
CRM and DMS Data is a critical source of Data which the Fullpath CDP utilizes across various marketing and sales solutions in order to connect and enhance interactions and customer engagements.
Connecting your CRM / DMS to the CDP via Tekion APC 2.0
Below is the Dealer process to initiate integration between Tekion CRM or DMS data with the Fullpath CDP via API (called Tekion's APC 2.0)
On Demand Data:
- Log into the Tekion Dealer ARC
- Navigate through Automotive Retail Cloud App Grid Menu > Apps tab > APC section > Integration Hub app tile
- Inside Integration Hub, go to the All Integrations tab to view available integrations.
- Dealer should click on Request Connection on the Fullpath application’s integration listing.
- Dealer should review Data Permissions and Terms & Conditions in the pop-up window
- Then click Next.
- Dealer click Accept & Connect to finalize the connection request.
- This will trigger a notification for the Fullpath Implementation team to complete the integration request in our backend
Historical Data:
The process to pull data from the Tekion CRM and connect it to the Fullpath CDP has 3 steps:
- Fullpath Implementation Manager will fill out the Data Request forms, send to Tekion support, and CC the Dealership contact
- Tekion will confirm with the dealership that the API request is valid and that Fullpath should be granted permission to the pull the Data using the API
- Once granted, Tekion will extract the data and send to the Fullpath SFTP Server

Time to Completion
Tekion requires the vendor (Fullpath) fill out a request form and email it to their support. Tekion then confirms with the customer (the Dealership) if the request is verified. Once the Dealer agrees, Tekion claims they will process the request in up to a week's time. Once they have completed the process and Fullpath receives the first file, we need 48 hours to ensure the data is accurate and correctly hooked up.
