How to Upgrade Your Fullpath API Connection with CDK
To access the new and enhanced features and data, you'll need to upgrade the Fullpath CDP app in the Fortellis Marketplace.
Follow the straightforward steps below to perform the upgrade. Once completed, someone from Fullpath will need to re-approve your request within the Fortellis Marketplace, once approved, you will receive an email and will start receiving updated data automatically within 1-2 days—no additional action is required.

Step-by-Step Upgrade Process
Step 1: Log in to Fortellis Marketplace
Access your account by signing in to the Fortellis Marketplace https://marketplace.fortellis.io .
Step 2: Navigate to Apps Management
- Go to the Apps Management page
- Select the Active tab to view your current app subscriptions.
Step 3: Select the Fullpath App
- Find the Fullpath_CDP app in the list
- Click the three dots menu (more options) on the right-hand side of the app entry.
Step 4: Unsubscribe from the App
- Select Unsubscribe from the dropdown options.
- This action will temporarily deactivate your current app version.
Step 5: Refresh and Find the Unsubscribed App
- Reload the Apps Management page.
- Navigate to the Unsubscribed/Deactivated tab to verify the app is now listed there.
Step 6: Reactivate the App
Click Reactivate to subscribe again to the updated version of the Fullpath_CDP app.

Automatic Data Reception: After reactivating the app within Fortellis and it has been approved by Fullpath, your account will seamlessly begin receiving updated data within 1-2 days.
