Onboarding New Dealer Partners
To onboard new dealer partners, follow the below steps:
Step 1. The dealer must first request connection to your application through Tekion’s Integration Hub. You can instruct the dealer to follow the below steps:
- In the dealer’s Tekion ARC application, open the Integration Hub app by clicking on the App Grid menu > Apps tab > APC section > Integration Hub app tile.
- In the Integration Hub screen, you will see the following tabs:
- All Integrations: Displays all the available integrations
- My Integrations: Displays all the integrations you have access to and those you have requested for connection. Click on the All Integrations tab to view the available integrations.
- The All Integrations tab displays all the available integrations and their details. The dealer should search for your integration/application using the Search icon (magnifying glass), filter the list based on the partner’s name using the Filter icon (funnel), or sort the list in the ascending or descending order of the integration names using the Sort drop-down list.
- On the integrations screen, click on the Request Connection button at the upper-right corner of the screen to request a new connection. The Accept Data Permissions & T&C pop-up window is displayed. The Accept Data Permissions & T&C pop-up window has the following tabs:
- Data Permissions: Contains the details of the data that will be accessed by the partner.
- Terms & Conditions: Contains the terms and conditions including publisher details and authorizer details.
- In the Data Permissions tab, read through the details of the data that will be accessed by the publisher/partner.
- Click on the Next button at the lower-right corner of the pop-up window.
- In the Terms and Conditions tab, read through the Publisher and Authorized By details.
- Click on the Accept & Connect button at the lower-right corner of the pop-up window to accept the data access permissions and the terms & conditions. To go to the previous tab, click on the Previous button.

Step 3. From main screen, click on App Grid Menu located in the top right.
Step 4. Select Dealer Dashboard.
Step 5. On the Dealer Dashboard, find the row for this dealer. You will see the dealership name, dealer ID and application in which dealer requested connection.
