DMS data is a vital component for Fullpath's CDP, enabling a comprehensive view of vehicle transactions, shopper purchases, service records, and appointment data. If we don’t have a direct connection to your dealership management system (Tekion, CDK, Momentum, Oplogic or DealerTrack) we use DealerVault as a third-party bridge to connect Fullpath to your DMS data.
If you already have a DealerVault account, please inform your Implementation or Customer Success Manager, or email onboarding@fullpath.com and we will request the integration on our end.
If you do not have a DealerVault account yet, please review the attached document, and click on your DMS provider to begin the process for setting up your DMS on DealerVault.
After you sign the initial form, you will be directed to the "Dealership DealerVault Account Authorization Form." Please fill in your information and use the provided details for the "Vendor Integration Details" and "File Types to be Set Up."
