Overview
The Fullpath Integration with CDK Fortellis allows your Dealership to integrate with the Fullpath Customer Data Platform and supports a stable, real-time connection between Fortellis and Fullpath.
Important to note for DMS Connection: To set up the integration, you will need to have your most recently used, active Department IDs as they are listed and used inside of the CDK Fortellis Platform. Some dealers may have multiple DMS Department ID’s connected to either their Service or Financing accounts. It is recommended that the POC at the Dealership ensure they are in contact with the member of staff at the Dealership who is responsible for the DMS set-up before getting started to insure the correct DMS department is selected. Please also let us know if the dealership name you are is using in CDK is different from the name you are using with Fullpath. |

Dealer Setup: Part 2 (for CDK CRM users only)
Fullpath leverages both live and newly added data via the API connection outlined above, but we also look at historical customer data to resolve Shopper identities, re-engage loyal customers, and identify opportunities with returning customers.
