Overview
The Dealership Hours settings are configured during onboarding but may be edited / updated at any time. These settings impact several products and services connected to the Fullpath Marketing Activation products including Fullpath ChatGPT, Audience Activation SMS, as well as displayed by default in the Website Engagement Widget.
Permissions and Access
The settings are configured per account, for each rooftop. Dashboard users who have permission and access to the relevant rooftop may view / edit these settings.
Navigation
- Enter the Fullpath Dashboard
- Enter Account Settings
- Dealership Level Settings > Hours

Functionality
- Users may add unlimited sections for each department.
- It is recommended to at least provide Sales and Service department days and operating hours.
- The fields are open input, meaning the user may format this section how they choose with no validation or restrictions.
Important to Note
It is highly recommended that the Dealer check with their website provider to ensure alignment between the hours listed on their Website, those listed in their Google My Business page, and those added to the Fullpath Dashboard.
