Overview
The Fullpath CDP unifies user history and activity across dealership systems, first party data, and user devices and channels to form a single entity for each Shopper.
Shoppers may shop, service, or purchase vehicle across different stores in one Dealer Group. These Group, or Cross Shoppers, interact with multiple roof tops and brands leaving valuable data scattered across multiple Dealer systems. The Fullpath CDP unifies Group Shopper history and activity into one consolidated view inside the CDP Dashboard.

Definition
A Group or Cross Shopper is any Shopper with a lead, service, or sales record in more than one Dealership's CRM or DMS within a shared Dealer group.
Group Shopper in the Dashboard
There are several places in the Fullpath Dashboard on the Shopper Page to identify Group Shoppers or indicate group activities, taken across multiple rooftops in the group.
Users may choose to view Shoppers on the individual store level (the store which they are currently logged into) or look at a Shopper with a Group view enabled.
Shopper Page Tabs
Group icons appear next to the Timeline and ID Resolution tab to easily indicate that both contain information about this Shopper sourced from multiple rooftops.
Shopper Timeline
The abbreviated name of the store where the relevant event or activity took place will appear on every action shows in the Shopper timeline.
Shopper Details
The listed Lifetime Value takes into considerations purchases and services performed across multiple stores. Additionally, the visible Segments / Shopper Tags are sourced from across the group. Learn more about the Shopper details and Lifetime Value here.

** The geolocation will list the Shopper's location in distance from the store which the Dashboard user is logged into.

Garage
When the “Group level” toggle is enabled, the full list of vehicles associated with a Shopper from across the group, including Currently/ Previously Owned tags will appear. Each vehicle will display the store initials tag on the top right corner.
Pro Tip: Permissions - Unlike other group tabs (Timeline and Identity resolution) the garage tab will show all the vehicles across the group regardless of the user permissions to the other stores.
Identity Resolution
All merged Shopper data available in the Identity Resolution tab will list the location from the which the data was sourced. Learn more about the Identity Resolution and Merge Rules here.

- Applies to (and is capped at) Shoppers who purchased a vehicle in the past year (starting from Sept, 2025)
Permissions
- The Group Level shopper page will be available only for Group CDP Clients.
- Only Group Level Dashboard users (those with permissions to multiple stores) will be able to see the group events and data.
