Fullpath Dashboard Overview
The Fullpath dashboard is the central interface for managing dealership data, marketing activity, and platform settings. It is organized into a consistent navigation structure that provides access to all key platform areas from a single screen.
Top Navigation Bar
The top navigation bar runs across the top of the dashboard and contains the primary product navigation, search bar, and utility controls. From left to right: the Fullpath logo, main navigation menus (Data, Audiences, Activation), the search bar, and utility icons on the right (help, settings, dealership selector, and user profile).
Search Bar
The search bar, located in the center of the top navigation bar, allows users to search for shoppers by name, email, or phone number, and for vehicles by VIN.
Omni Agent
Omni is Fullpath's built-in AI agent, accessible from the left navigation, that allows users to ask questions and take actions through a conversational chat interface.
Navigation Menus
The top navigation bar includes three primary sections:
- CRM — (coming soon)
- Data — Provides access to dealership data tools and analytics, including Data Map, Data Enrichment, Integrations Hub, Fullpath Stories, and Analytics reporting (Overview, Sales, Service, Multi-Store Comparison, and Traffic Sources).
- Audiences — Enables users to build and manage shopper segments for use in targeted marketing campaigns.
- Activation — Provides access to campaign management tools for deploying marketing activity across connected channels.
Help ( ? )
The help icon in the top-right area of the navigation bar opens access to support resources. Users can message the Fullpath support team directly from within the dashboard.
Settings ( ⚙ )
The settings cog icon in the top-right navigation bar opens platform-level configuration options for the dealership account.
Dealership Selector
The dealership selector, displayed in the top-right area of the navigation bar, shows the currently active dealership group and store name. Users can switch between stores using the dropdown.
Profile Menu
The profile icon in the top-right corner displays the current user's initials. Clicking it opens a menu showing the user's name and email address, with the following options:
- Message our support team — opens a direct support messaging channel
- User settings — manage personal account preferences
- Account setup — access dealership account configuration
- Help center — navigate to Fullpath's help documentation
- View tracking ID — view the dealership's Fullpath tracking identifier
Log out — sign out of the platform
Date Picker
The date picker appears throughout the dashboard and allows users to define the reporting period displayed across analytics views, campaigns, and performance data. Users can select from preset ranges or set a custom date range.
