Overview
The Dynamic Audiences list builder allows users to create, manage, and activate shopper lists dynamically generated from CDP Shoppers. These lists facilitate targeted marketing and customer engagement efforts. All audience lists may also be exported out of the CDP.
Scope
This article provides detailed information about the shopper data points available for download and instructions for exporting shopper lists as CSV files.
Note: This one-time download allows you to take an audience and use it for targeting outside of the Fullpath ecosystem. Once downloaded, the CSV file will not update dynamically with changes made in the system.
Technical Eligibility
- Access to the Dynamic Audiences list builder is available to users with appropriate permissions (see Roles and Permissions section).
- Export functionality supports CSV file format compatible with common spreadsheet software.
- Shopper data exported includes comprehensive demographic, contact, and sales engagement details.
Roles and Permissions
To use the Dynamic Audiences list builder and download shopper data, users must have:
- Access to shopper profiles/pages
- Permission to view and export shopper data for CDP (edit or admin)
Navigation
Access the Dynamic Audiences list builder and related features via the following path:
- Enter the Fullpath Dashboard
- Click on Audiences (top bar navigation)
- Scroll down to Dynamic Audiences

How to Download Shopper Lists
1. Open the Dynamic Audiences page from the Dashboard.
2. Select the desired audience list.
3. Click the export button to the right of the audience list name
4. The system generates and downloads the CSV file containing shopper data fields.
Important: This download is a static snapshot of your audience list at the time of export. The CSV file will not update dynamically if changes occur in the Fullpath system after download. Use this file for targeting outside of the Fullpath ecosystem.

| Google formatted files may also be downloaded Hashed - the goal being to protect user privacy while maintaining the structure needed for Google services or analyses. In simple terms, It’s a data file formatted for easy use with Google tools or services. Sensitive details (like email addresses or passwords) in the file have been converted into scrambled codes (hashed) to keep the data private. This helps ensure privacy and security while still allowing data to be used for tasks like matching, validation, or analysis without exposing the original sensitive info. |
Troubleshooting Tips
- CSV Not Downloading: Confirm your user permissions include data export rights; refresh the page and retry download.
- Partial or Missing Data in CSV: Verify shopper profiles have up-to-date fields; data availability depends on completed shopper profiles.
- Access Denied to Dynamic Audiences: Check role permissions or contact system administrator.
- Incorrect Formatting in CSV: Ensure CSV files are opened with appropriate encoding and delimiter settings in your spreadsheet software.
