Overview
The Data Map dashboard shows the CDP’s identity‑resolution and data hygiene activity. It clarifies which data has been integrated into the CDP and how Fullpath continuously cleans incoming records. The dashboard is organized into six sections:
- Health Score
- Data Integration Sources
- Data Hygiene
- Shopper Data Completeness
- Data Cleansing Over Time

Data Hygiene Report Sections
Health Score
Purpose: Summarizes overall data health and quality.
What it includes:
- Data Integrations — the integrated data sources that build your dataset. Connecting more valid sources generally improves the score.
- Fullpath CDP — automated processes performed by Fullpath to maintain data quality (identity resolution, deduplication, automated cleansing).
- Data Validation & Data Enrichment — premium/enrichment sources that validate and enrich shopper data, improving accuracy and completeness.
Data Integration Sources
Purpose: Shows where records are coming from and the volume of records per source.
What it includes:
- Total records received by each integration source.
-
The raw data → how many raw records were received and how many unique identities were created after identity resolution.
Identity Resolution
Total Data points collected - Data points from all integrations
Core integration records - Records from CRM, DMS, Website, Inventory Feed
Identity Records - Data that is related only to customer details
-
Unique Identities (shoppers) - Final known shopper count after Identity resolution
Inventory Data
- Vins Scanned - The number of VINS scanned from the provided vehicle feed
- In Stock - The number of vehicles labeled as in-stock according to the vehicle feed
- Incentives - The number of available incentives coming the Dealership, OEM, and Dynamic Payments (if applicable)
Data Hygiene
Purpose: Comprehensive breakdown of unique identities (Shopper profiles).
What it includes:
- De-anonymized website visitors: Resolved shoppers where one or more identities visited your website.
- 2+ Merged Identities: Resolved identities that previously had more than two profiles in your dealership's data.
- Households: Shoppers who've been identified as part of the same household
-
Business Accounts: Shoppers who've been identified as business accounts (company, fleet, auction or other business - related inventory signals)
Shopper Data Completeness
Purpose: Indicates the integrity and completeness of shopper profiles.
What it includes:
- The percentage of shopper profiles missing core contact or identity details (email, phone, address, and other configured core fields).
Data Cleansing Over Time
Purpose: Shows the types and volumes of records Fullpath has cleaned over time.
What it includes:
- Identity records cleaned (deduplications, merges) over time.
- Invalidated data cleaned (invalid phone numbers, email addresses, fake records, invalid formats, repetitive records) over time.
- Unique identities identified and cleaned over time.
Troubleshooting
Symptom: Data Hygiene dashboard shows no data
- Confirm you are on CDP Pro and have CDP view permission.
- Confirm integrations are active and transmitting records. Check integration logs.
- Confirm the date range or filters aren’t excluding all data.
- Allow for ingestion lag — newly connected sources may take time to appear.
Symptom: Health Score is low
- Review the Data Integrations and Data Cleansing sections to see which sources or issues are driving the score down.
- Consider adding validation/enrichment sources and fixing upstream data collection issues.
Symptom: Counts differ between source systems and Data Integration Sources
- Check for ingestion delays or partial failures in the connector.
- Confirm deduplication/identity resolution logic — the dashboard shows post‑resolution unique identities as well as raw records.
- If discrepancy persists, collect example records and contact support.
Symptom: Unexpected merges or identity resolution results
- Review the merge rules and identity resolution configuration for your tenant.
- Provide sample records that were merged unexpectedly to Fullpath support for investigation.
Privacy and security notes
- Data displayed in the Data Hygiene dashboard reflects data stored and processed by the Fullpath CDP according to your tenant’s privacy and retention settings.
- Invalidated data (emails/phones deemed invalid) is excluded from shopper profiles and downstream marketing activities, but details may still appear in cleansing logs for auditing.
