Overview
The Attribution Dashboard is designed to help customers evaluate the performance of their vendors, track trends over time, and make informed decisions based on aggregated vendor data across their entire group. By combining lead and sales activity attribution, users can assess vendor contribution more effectively. The Report does not present a new attribution model; rather it pulls from and presents exactly what the data indicates in the Dealership CRM. It is important to emphasize that the report is not related to Fullpath performance or attribution models within our activation products.
A key innovation of this dashboard is the application of AI-powered vendor grouping. Ai Vendor Grouping automatically reconciles manually input, sometimes duplicate, misspelled, or outdated vendor information stored in Dealership CRMs, ensuring order and clarity within Dealership Lead Sources.

Page Structure
Store Picker
The Store Picker at the top of the page shows a list of all connected rooftops. You may view the data on the page according to all Stores or deselect and choose to view only specific store data.
The Store name abbreviations are used in several places throughout the Dashboard to denote where an action or event took place (in a Shopper timeline, for example) as well as if the store's data is included in the overall metrics visible on the page.
Ai Vendor Group
Our AI-driven vendor mapping consolidates lead sources received from your CRM into a comprehensive vendor directory. Ai Vendor Grouping automatically reconciles manually input, sometimes duplicate, misspelled, or outdated vendor information stored in Dealership CRMs, ensuring order and clarity within Dealership Lead Sources.
** If you notice a missing vendor, please contact support.
Date Picker
The default view is set for the current calendar month. You may click on the calendar and select previous months to look at past performance.
Users who view reports in other Dashboards or Products, and then navigate to the Attribution report, will have that last date range applied to that page as well.
Keep in mind, there is often a delay between when a Lead converts and Sale is made and when it is finalized across all Dealer systems. To accurately measure vendor leads to sales, Fullpath aggregates and tracks performance over a 90-day period. Consequently, full sales performance metrics become available only after this 90-day window has passed.
How to Enable / Access the Attribution Dashboard
No specific enablement is required for eligible users. The dashboard is accessible automatically for CDP Pro customers.
Attribution Dashboard Sections
1. CRM Lead to Sale
This section provide high-level metrics sourced directly from the Dealership CRM for the selected month.
Metrics marked with a Fullpath icon indicate Fullpath influence or meaningful engagement from one or a mix of activation products.
2. 90 Day Cumulative Data
Fullpath tracks and aggregates sales that resulted from identified vendor leads within a rolling 90-day window starting from the selected month.
This section accounts for the lead-to-sale conversion delay, providing a more accurate performance measure after the 90-day period has elapsed.
Metrics marked with a Fullpath icon indicate Fullpath influence or meaningful engagement from one or a mix of activation products.
3. Lead Performance by Vendor
Illustrates lead generation and conversion metrics broken down by individual vendors.
4. Vendor Close Rate Comparison
Compares the sales attributed to vendors based on the average time taken from lead to sale closure. This comparison is helpful for identifying vendors with faster or slower conversion cycles.
Note: Fullpath benchmark data is taken from active Fullpath clients and is calculated once a month
5. Vendors Performance Scatter Plot
Visualizes vendor sales performance and other metrics on a scatter plot to identify outliers or trends.
6. Vendor Comparison Table
Tabulates key vendor metrics side by side for easy comparison and may be exported as a CSV
Troubleshooting and Tips
- If vendor data appears inconsistent, verify that the CRM integration is up to date and that vendor information is properly input in the CRM.
- Keep in mind that sales results for the most recent 90-day period may be incomplete due to the tracking window.
- If vendor grouping appears incorrect, review vendor names and data quality in the CRM, since the AI grouping relies on historical input.
- For permission issues, confirm that your user role includes CDP Pro access and that your account is assigned to the correct group rooftops.
Additional Notes
The Attribution Dashboard continuously updates metrics as new data flows from connected CRMs and storefronts. The use of AI for vendor grouping is an ongoing feature that will improve over time as more data is processed.
