Overview
The Report Subscriptions feature allows users to subscribe to receiving audience reports at the time and cadence they want. Each dynamic audience, once saved, may be subscribed to. In this way Dealers can get regular lists emailed to them or their teams for actionable followup. This also allows users without access to the Fullpath Dashboard to leverage the CDP and Shopper data while keeping Fullpath top-of-mind for multiple Dealership employees.

Navigation
Subscribing to lists happens inside the CDP on the audience list level. Subscribed audiences may be access from within existing Dynamic Audiences.
You can also subscribe to reports while creating a new audience inside the Audience Builder.
Define CSV
Users may also define the columns to include when subscribing to an audience list.
Functionality
Reports are sent daily, weekly, or monthly at 8am. The user may decide if they have a specific day of the week of a date they want to receive reports.
The reports are sent from contact@fullpath.com and the subject line will include the audience list internal title.
Audience lists with 20 or less Shoppers will be embedded inside the email; audience lists with over 20 Shoppers will come attached as a CSV to the email.
Multi-Select
When you select multiple audiences to subscribe to, the flow depends on whether the user is already subscribed to any of them.
- All selected audiences are new (no existing subscriptions)
- Result: A new subscription is created for every selected audience.
- Mixed selection (some audiences already subscribed, some new)
- You can choose one of two actions:
- Create subscription only to new audiences — adds subscriptions for the audiences the user isn’t already subscribed to; existing subscriptions are left unchanged.
- Apply new subscription (override existing) — applies the new subscription settings to all selected audiences, replacing any existing subscriptions for audiences the user already had.
Examples
- If the user is already subscribed to Audience A and selects A + B:
- “Create only to new” → only B is added.
- “Apply/override” → both A and B use the new subscription settings.
Recommendation
- Use “Create only to new” to preserve current subscriptions.
- Use “Apply/override” when you want a uniform subscription setting across all selected audiences.
Best Practice
It is recommended to create at least three reports inside each account with relevant filters applied in order to track and engage activity within the lists:
- A GM Report
- A BDC Report
- A Salesperson or Marketing Report
Important to Note
Users may subscribe to existing reports or unsubscribe from them at any time, by clicking on the EDIT SUBSCRIPTION button found within the saved audience, or accessible from the quick action icons on the side of each audience list.
