Overview
Imported lists enable Dealerships to upload customers into the CDP. These customer lists may come from recall data, OEM lists, purchased lead lists, or any other external lists you want to see added into the CDP.
Once uploaded, the CDP leverages generative AI to match the customer data fields in the uploaded CSV to our Shopper data structure. Imported customer lists become Fullpath CDP Shoppers and may be activated in whatever engagement channels and products are live on the account.
| Uploading a purchased list often yields low engagement because many addresses are outdated, invalid, or belong to people who never opted in, so opens and clicks drop while bounces rise. Those low-engagement metrics, plus higher spam complaints and spam-trap hits, prompt ISPs and filters to flag your IP/domain and quickly degrade your sender reputation and deliverability. Make sure the list is valid, legally obtained, and do not use in a single campaign all at once - you need to break it up and send over time to ensure sender reputation remains intact. |
