Overview
Fullpath supports several email campaign types, each with different goals and audiences. The Vehicle Acquisition campaigns helps dealers to acquire more inventory while offering customers cash, trade-in credits, or other incentives.
Campaigns
The Vehicle Acquisition Group consists of four sub-campaigns based on the amount of time since their last known vehicle purchase:
- Prime
- Mature
- Dormant
- Non-Buyers

Prime
Goal: Let customers who purchased a car from you know that you'd like to buy it back
Audience: Customers who purchased a car at least 1 -3 year ago
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Mature
Goal: Let customers who leased or financed a vehicle from you know that you'd like to buy it back
Audience: Customers who purchased a car at least 3-5 year ago
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Dormant
Goal: Let customers who leased or financed a vehicle from you know that you'd like to buy it back
Audience: Customers who purchased a car at least 5-7 year ago
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
Non-Buyers
Goal: Let customers who have no vehicle purchase on record at your Dealership know you may be interested in buying their current vehicle.
Audience: Customers with no purchase at Dealership
Cadence: eligible Shoppers will receive emails every 30 days
