Overview
The Data Ups Agent Management System allows Dealers to identify in-market opportunities using buying-intent signals pulled from within the dealership’s first-party data.
Opportunities
The new opportunities listed in the Data Ups Dashboard update every 24 hours. New Data Ups opportunities include shoppers who have:
- no purchase in past 365 days
- no lead submitted in last 90 days
Opportunities may be shared with others who have Dashboard access, or marked as Not in Market.
| Opportunities marked as 'Not in Market' (NIM) will not appear in an opportunities list for 30 days. At day 31, any Shoppers marked as NIM may reappear in the opportunities list. Important to note: NIM tags will not be pushed back into the Dealer CRM - we do not push data back into / manipulate data inside the CRM - these tags live inside the Fullpath CDP and Data Ups Dashboard exclusively. |
List Format
Lists are typically ordered by highest marketing score unless the list has another time-bound condition like expiring lease, etc. Data Ups opportunity lists now support multiple sorting options; press the sort arrow once for: a to z, press twice for: z to a, press 3 times to remove sorting.
List Columns include:
-
-

- Pushed to CRM
- the opportunity was pushed to the Dealership CRM as a new lead - this occurs on the individual Shopper page
- When Data Ups leads are manually pushed into the CRM - the ADF Lead Type will be labeled as "Campaign"

- Expired Opportunities
- Expired opportunities are shoppers who no longer meet the filter criteria (e.g., someone who bought a car 12–18 months ago). Once they fall outside the filter they’re marked expired, but remain in historical metrics because they were previously engaged.
