Overview
The Data Ups Agent Management System allows Dealers to identify in-market opportunities using buying-intent signals pulled from within the dealership’s first-party data. The All Opportunities List provides an actionable list of all identified Opportunities for the Dealership to proactively engage.
Data Ups opportunity lists may be found inside the CDP Pro Audiences lists, and users may activate audience with Data Ups. Once activated, an audience will be saved in Data Ups, where you can manage all your opportunities and activate them by pushing them as new / updated opportunities into the Dealer CRM.

The Data Ups Opportunity lists include all Opportunities generated; the subdivisions should all add up to / equal the number of All Opportunities. The subdivision tabs include:

The all opportunities listed in the Data Ups Dashboard update every 24 hours. New Data Ups opportunities include shoppers who have:
- no purchase in past 365 days
- no lead submitted in last 90 days
-

New opportunities will also exclude those which have been touched by someone at the Dealership
- Touched Opportunities

- an additional column is visible presenting the timestamp of the last "touch" from an employee or salesperson
- Pushed to CRM

- Not In Market

Columns
Lists are typically ordered by highest marketing score unless the list has another time-bound condition like expiring lease, etc.
List Columns include:
-
-
Shopper (hyperlinked to individual Shopper Page)
-
Date Created (when the opportunity was created, this is not when the Shopper may have first appeared in the Dealership CRM or DMS)
-
Vehicle Owned (according to DMS or service data available)
-
Est. Equity State (read more about how we calculate Equity here)
-
Marketing Engagement Score (read more about Marketing Engagement Score here)
-
Dealership Loyalty tags (Service ROs, Service Appointments, Sales)
-
Vehicle Engagement (vehicle specific website activity)
- Sales Person (taken from CRM, DMS, wherever we pull data associated with last known vehicle purchase)
-
Shopper (hyperlinked to individual Shopper Page)
Actions
Opportunities may be shared with others who have Dashboard access, or marked as Not in Market.
Note that marking an opportunity as 'Not in Market' will remove them from any Opportunity list for 30 days. However this data does not pass back into the Dealership CRM.
Enrichment inside Data Ups
For those with Data Enrichment, lists of Data Ups with enriched and verified contact details are easily grouped for visibility and quick action in the side menu bar.
Important to Note
The Opportunities List is dynamically updated and changes from day to day as Opportunities meet or fail to meet the conditions of each list within the given time frame. Note: "All Opportunities" list excludes expired and not-in-market opportunities.
Note in Market Opportunities: a sales person or dealership employee marked an opportunity as Not-In-Market from within the Data Ups dashboard. The opportunity will remain in this category for 30 days.
Expired Opportunities: Expired opportunities are shoppers who no longer meet the filter criteria (e.g., someone who bought a car 12–18 months ago). Once they fall outside the filter they’re marked expired, but remain in historical metrics because they were previously engaged.
