Overview
The Event Log shows all of the Digital Advertising-related events which take place inside of an account. This includes events or changes made by a user, automatically-approved changes made by the system, or a change made by your Customer Success Manager.
Navigation
The Event Log may be accessed by entering the Digital Advertising solution in the lefthand navigation menu, and then clicking on "Event Log."
Filter View by Actor
The filter in the upper lefthand corner allows users to select which actor’s actions they would like to view in the event log. The choices include ALL, the logged-in user, or the Fullpath.
Information in the Event Log
The banner on the top of the page allows you to click and filter the types of events you wish to view. Each view displays events organized by time (on an hourly basis) and event type. Only events which took place during the date range defined by the date picker will be displayed.
The details of each change logged include a timestamp, the type of change made, the actor or person who made the change, and if relevant, details about the change itself, including before and after information.
Event Types
There are several types of events presented in the banner:
- Total Events: In this tab, users will see all Digital Advertising changes made inside of their account.
- Ad Events: This tab shows changes made to actual ads. This includes ads that were run, paused, expired, created, or updated.
- Template Events: This tab shows changes made to templates in the user’s account. This includes templates that were created, updated, removed, enabled, or disabled.

This includes the creation of or edits to Digital Advertising settings, changes to the budget, addition or removal of competitors, changes to the dealership’s URLs, changes to the targeting methods, enabling or disabling of ad types and ad preferences, and enabling or disabling AutoPilot.
