Reports:
All data in the CDP reports, unless specifically labeled, is total data from all sources and providers. These reports are meant to provide a clear view of all the dealership's first party data, not only the performance attributed to Fullpath's activation marketing and sales solutions:
Website
Pages: The Pages report provides an easy view of how each page of the website is performing in terms of page views and shoppers. The number of views and Shoppers are UNIQUE. Shoppers include both known and anonymous visitors to the pages. The data is updated in real time.
Geolocation: The Geolocation report provides an easy view of where traffic to your website is coming from. The location data in the columns include: city, State, zip code, and country. The number of views and Shoppers are UNIQUE. The data is updated in real time.
UTMs: The UTMs report helps identify traffic to the website off specific campaigns - identified by looking at the UTM parameters. The report breaks down traffic by Source, Medium, and Campaign and shows UNIQUE traffic and page-views off that campaign and traffic course.
VDPs: The VDP report provides a list of vehicles which were listed as VDPs on the Dealership website during the selected time period. The views and shoppers are UNIQUE.
Inventory
Data: For each vehicle listed, the chart shows the number of VDP views, Leads, and Sales associated.
Origin: The Inventory data is pulled from the Dealership Inventory feed.
Update: The inventory data is updated every 24 hours.
CRM / DMS
What is an "Unknown" Lead?
When reviewing CRM/DMS Leads, you may see an Unknown lead source. This report comes direct from the CRM and DMS data; meaning the report will reflect the information that is fed to it from the data sources. If the lead is "Unknown" on the CDP Report, it is because it is flagged as "Unknown" in the CRM/DMS. It's important to note, however, that in the areas where we are articulating Shopper Journeys and Attribution, we will connect the dots to eliminate "Unknown" lead sources.
"Unknown" Leads are especially common with customers that use Reynolds and Reynolds CRM. It is inherently known that Reynolds and Reynolds does not send the Sales from the CRM. Instead, they send it direct from the DMS. When a dealer uses Reynolds and Reynolds for CRM it's to be expected that Sales will not be connected to the Lead source.
