Advertising regulations are tightening across the country — California's CARS Act (SB 766), effective October 1, 2026, requires dealers to be able to prove their advertising was compliant, and other states and the FTC are moving in the same direction. The Ad History Export gives dealers a self-serve way to pull an audit-ready record of every ad Fullpath has run on their behalf, without needing to contact support.
Overview
The Ad History Export lets dealers download a full history of the latest version of every ad Fullpath ran on their behalf, going back up to two years, across all channels, ad platforms, and campaign types.
Dealers pick a date range and a recipient email, Fullpath prepares the file in the background, and they receive an email with a download link once it's ready — no waiting around on the page required.
How It Works
Each export is a zip file containing one CSV per ad type, covering the latest version of any active digital advertising campaign from the last two years.
Every CSV reflects the actual creative consumers saw, plus the campaign context around it:
- Headlines, descriptions, image URLs, final URLs, and CTAs
- Per-card and per-asset columns
- Campaign metadata
Technical Support can also generate an export on a dealer's behalf, using the same tool.

How to Use It
Choose a date range
Select one of the preset ranges — 7 days, 30 days, MTD, or YTD — or click Select range to choose a custom date range.
Confirm the recipient email
Enter or confirm the email address the export should be sent to once it's ready.
Request the export
Click Request export. The export runs in the background — you'll receive an email with a download link when the file is ready. The zip file will contain one CSV per ad type covering the selected date range.
Track export history
The Export history table at the bottom of the section shows every export that's been requested, including:

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the export include ads run outside of Fullpath?
No. The Ad History Export covers Fullpath-managed campaigns only. Externally managed campaigns are out of scope.
How far back can I go?
Up to two years back from the current date, using the latest version of any active digital advertising campaign within that window.
Can Customer Support download an export for a dealer?
Yes. CSMs can generate an export on a dealer's behalf using the same tool in Settings > Federal Compliance.
