Overview
Each VINs Acceleration Custom Campaign now has its own dedicated performance page. The page brings together the campaign's settings, its budget and VDP views goal, its progress toward that goal for the selected month, and a breakdown of the VDP views it generated on each advertising channel — so you can see exactly how one specific inventory segment is performing, separately from the rest of your VINs Acceleration activity.
Where to Find It
The individual campaign page is opened from the Custom Campaigns list:
To open a campaign's performance page:
- In the Fullpath dashboard, go to the VINs Acceleration > Campaigns page.
- Locate the custom campaign you want to review in the campaigns list.
- Click the campaign to open its individual performance page.
The page has its own URL, in the format dashboard.fullpath.com/last-call/campaigns/[campaign ID], so a specific campaign's page can be bookmarked or shared with colleagues who have dashboard access.
To return to the full list, click the ‹ Campaigns breadcrumb at the top left of the page.
Who Has Access
The individual custom campaign page is available to any dashboard user whose permissions include the VINs Acceleration product at the View, Edit, or Admin level. Users without VINs Acceleration permissions will not see the Campaigns page or the individual campaign pages beneath it.
Page-Level Controls
Campaign Header
The top of the page identifies the campaign you are looking at:
-
Campaign name — the name given to the campaign when it was created.
-
Status label — a colored chip directly beneath the name showing the campaign's current state. Active (green) means the campaign is live and promoting inventory. Campaigns whose inventory segment has been emptied or deleted are moved to a Removed status, with a tooltip explaining why.
-
Month selector — at the top right, showing the month currently being displayed (for example, JUL 2026). Click it to switch to a different month.
Campaign Settings
The Campaign Settings area is a grid of six cards summarizing how this campaign is configured — what it targets, where it runs, and what it is budgeted to deliver.
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Segment & Filters | The inventory segment criteria that define which vehicles this campaign promotes — for example Condition: New and Year: 2027 – 2027. Longer filter sets are truncated with an ellipsis (…). An edit icon beside the card heading opens the campaign's segment settings. |
| VINs Promoted MTD | The number of individual vehicles this campaign has promoted month to date. Hover the information icon beside the heading for the in-product definition. |
| Campaign Name | The campaign's full name, its Created on date, and its Last Edited on date — useful for confirming whether a mid-month change has been applied. |
| Targeting | The audience targeting method in use for the campaign — for example, Let AI target shoppers, in which Fullpath's AI determines which shoppers to serve the campaign's vehicles to. |
| Active Channels | The advertising channels the campaign is currently running on, shown as platform icons: Search (Google Search), Display (Google Display), and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). |
| Budget | Allocated Budget — the monthly budget assigned to this campaign out of your total VINs Acceleration package. Guaranteed monthly VDP views — the VDP views goal this campaign is committed to deliver for the month. |
Total VDP Views Generated by Campaign
This section is a single horizontal progress bar tracking the campaign's VDP views against its monthly goal for the selected month.
Reading the bar:
- The left endpoint is the start of the cycle — 0 views, labeled with the first day of the selected month (for example, Jul 1).
- The right endpoint is the campaign's goal — the guaranteed monthly VDP views figure from the Budget card (for example, 600), labeled with the last day of the month (for example, Jul 31).
- The callout above the bar gives the actual result: the total VDP views generated by the campaign, and that figure as a percentage of the goal — for example, 610 (102%) total views.
Breakdown of VDP Views by Channel
This section splits the campaign's total VDP views across the three advertising channels, in one card per channel: Google Search, Google Display, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Each card leads with that channel's VDP views total, followed by four viewer metrics.
| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| VDP Views | The number of vehicle detail page views this campaign generated on this channel during the selected month. The three channel figures sum to the campaign total shown in the progress bar above. |
| Unique Viewers | The number of distinct shoppers who viewed a VDP through this channel, counted once each regardless of how many views they generated. |
| Returning Viewers | Unique viewers who had previously been seen on your website before this campaign reached them. |
| New Viewers | Unique viewers arriving on your website for the first time via this campaign on this channel. |
| Identified Shoppers | Viewers Fullpath was able to resolve to a known shopper profile in your CDP, making them available for follow-up engagement. |

Other Important Notes
- Custom campaigns can be created, edited, and deleted only until the 21st of each month. After that date, changes are locked for the remainder of the month.
- A campaign's budget can only be reduced down to the level already earned through progress toward its VDP views goal. If the campaign has reached 40% of its goal, its budget cannot be reduced below 40% of the original amount — and never below the $300 minimum.
- If a campaign is deleted, the unspent portion of its budget returns to your regular VINs Acceleration allocation for the current month, and the full original amount returns from the following month onward.
- If a campaign's inventory segment is deleted or runs out of vehicles, the campaign is automatically deactivated, its status changes, and its remaining budget returns to regular VINs Acceleration.
- Every budget or campaign change is logged with the user's identity and a timestamp in the dashboard's Event Log.
