Overview
The VINs Acceleration Opportunities page is a key component of the Fullpath VINs Acceleration solution, designed to help dealerships identify and engage shoppers showing strong interest in promoted vehicle inventory. It lists in-market shoppers who have interacted with VINs promoted via targeted ads, emails, SMS, and special promotions, enabling Sales teams to focus on the most promising opportunities.
Scope
This page is designed for dealership Marketing and Sales teams using the VINs Acceleration product to discover actionable shopper insights. Users with access to Fullpath Dashboard and permissions for VINs Acceleration features will benefit from these enhanced filtering and audience activation functions.
Eligibility and Permissions
- Users must have View or higher access to the Fullpath Dashboard
- Users must have specific access to the VINs Acceleration solution in the Fullpath Dashboard
- Edit or Admin access for Exporting CSV files
Navigation
To access the Opportunities page:
1. Log in to the [Fullpath Dashboard](https://dashboard.fullpath.com).
2. Navigate to the VINs Acceleration section.
3. Select the Opportunities page or visit directly: https://dashboard.fullpath.com/last-call/opportunities
Page Structure and Columns
The data on the Opportunities page is presented on a monthly basis reflecting shopper engagement during the selected calendar month.

| Shopper Name | Shopper’s name plus email and/or phone number if available. Shoppers listed have engaged by: Clicking VINs Acceleration ads, Opening and clicking emails promoting VINs |

| Shopper Phone | Phone Number (if available) |
| Last Vins Acc Interaction | The last VINs Acceleration promoted VDP visited by the Shopper. This is a clickable link leading to the detailed Vins Page for that VIN |
| VDP Views | The number of times the Shopper has viewed the promoted VDP |
| Last Viewed VDP | The date when the Shopper last viewed the promoted VDP |
| Last Sale | The date of the most recent known vehicle sale to the Shopper; helps gauge buying readiness |
Functionality and How to Use
1. Date Filters for “Last Viewed VDP”
- Click on the filter icon near the _“Last Viewed VDP”_ column header.
- Choose predefined date ranges (e.g., MTD) or specify a custom date range.
- The page will refresh to show only opportunities with Last Viewed VDP dates within the selected range.
2. Inventory Filters Based on VIN Interaction
- Filters available for vehicle Condition, Year, Make, Model, and Trim.
- These filters derive data from the _“Last VINs Acceleration Interaction”_ column.
- Apply any combination of inventory filters to narrow down shoppers who interacted with specific types of VINs.
3. Save Filtered Results as Audience
- After applying desired filters, click the Save Audience button.
- Name the audience and save it for future use.
- This audience can then be activated through Audience Activation or Data Ups custom campaigns within the Fullpath platform.
4. Export as CSV
- After selecting filters or working with the full list, use the Export CSV option to download the current results.
- The CSV file contains all visible columns and respects applied filters.
Troubleshooting and Notes
- If no results appear after applying filters, verify that the date range and inventory filter selections are correct.
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to perform audience creation and data exports.
- If link navigation from the _Last VINs Acceleration Interaction_ column fails, verify internet connectivity or dashboard session validity.
- For any discrepancies in shopper data or unexpected behavior, contact Fullpath Support with screenshots and description.
