Overview
Vehicle Pricing tells Fullpath how your inventory feed handles pricing, so every marketing surface — emails, ads, website widgets, and offers — shows an accurate, all-in price. FTC advertising rules require the advertised price to include everything the buyer pays except government tax and government fees.
Eligibility and Permissions
Users with Edit or Admin permissions in the Fullpath Dashboard can view and change Vehicle Pricing settings.
Navigation
Vehicle Pricing appears in two places, both showing the same controls:
- During onboarding: Integrations > Vehicle Pricing (appears after Inventory Feed)
- After onboarding: Platform Management > Vehicle Pricing (appears after Integrations)

Step 1 — Navigate to Vehicle Pricing
Go to Integrations > Vehicle Pricing during onboarding, or Platform Management > Vehicle Pricing afterward.
Step 2 — Select a Vehicle Pricing option
Which option should you choose?
-
All-in price included in inventory feed — Your feed already includes all dealer fees in the price. Fullpath uses that price as-is. No further configuration is needed.
-
List fees separately — Your feed sends the base price of the vehicle. You list the fees Fullpath should add, and Fullpath calculates the all-in price automatically. Fees are configured separately for New and Used vehicles.
Step 3 — Configure fees (List fees separately only)
If you selected List fees separately, configure fees for each vehicle condition:
- Under New vehicles, click "+ Add fee" and pick a suggested fee (Doc fee, Dealer prep) or add a custom fee. Enter a flat dollar amount per vehicle for each fee.
- Repeat under Used vehicles. To reuse the same fees as New, click "Copy fees from New."
Step 4 — Save
Save your selection. Changes take effect on the next feed sync.
Dealerships with Dynamic Payments or Desking
Dealerships using Dynamic Payments or Desking must use List fees separately. These products require itemized fees to calculate accurate offer breakdowns, so the all-in price option is not available to them.
Dealerships that add Dynamic Payments or Desking later will be required to switch to List fees separately before activating the product.
Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a dealer fee?
Any charge added on top of the vehicle price that the dealership controls. Common examples: documentation ("doc") fees, dealer prep fees, and reconditioning fees on used vehicles. Government charges (tax, title, registration) are not dealer fees and should never be included.
Can I change my selection later?
Yes. Update the setting anytime from Platform Management > Vehicle Pricing. Changes apply on the next feed sync.
What happens if I remove all fees from a condition (New or Used)?
The all-in price for that condition equals the base price from the feed.
Do I need to enter fees separately for lease, finance, and cash?
No. Vehicle Pricing configures the vehicle price itself. Offer-type differences are handled elsewhere in the platform.
Are the same fees required for New and Used?
No. Configure each independently. If the fees are the same, use "Copy fees from New" to duplicate them into Used in one step.
