Overview
The Curator Data Hub is a dedicated page inside your Dashboard that shows how your dealership's data is flowing between Curator and the Reynolds ecosystem. It brings together data source health, engagement metrics with the Unified Customer Profile (UCP), CRM sync activity, shopper data quality, and identity resolution in one place — refreshed regularly so you always have a current view of your data.
Where to Find It
The Data Hub is accessible directly from the Curator Dashboard navigation menu. It is available exclusively to Curator clients with the CDP product active on their account.

Who Has Access
Any user with access to your Curator Dashboard can view the Data Hub page. Certain actions triggered from the page — such as activating an audience for automatic CRM sync — require admin-level permissions on your account. If you don't see an action button described below, check with your account admin.
Page-Level Controls
-
Month selector — a date picker in the top-right lets you choose which month's data to view. Data is available starting August 2025 forward.
-
Last updated timestamp — a badge near the month selector shows the date and time the page's data was last refreshed.
Section 1 — Core Integration Sources
This section shows the total records received from each of your connected data sources, so you can quickly confirm your integrations are live and syncing.
| Source | What It Includes |
|---|---|
| CRM | Lead, sale, appointment, service RO, and service lead data. |
| DMS | Sales, service RO, and scheduled appointment data. |
| Website | Updated inventory data from your website. |
| Inventory | Vehicle listings and details. |
Each source card shows a green checkmark and the last sync date when data is flowing normally, or an orange warning icon if there's a sync issue our integrations team is working to resolve. If a source isn't connected yet, you'll see a Connect button instead of a record count.
Identity Resolution / Inventory Data toggle — two buttons above the source list let you switch the right-hand panel between:
- Identity Resolution — shows total Identity Records received and the number of Unique Identities (Shoppers) after resolution.
-
Inventory Data — shows VINs Scanned, VINs In Stock, and Incentives VINs.
A View All link opens a detailed data map with a fuller breakdown of your records.
Section 2 — Curator's Unique Integration
This section highlights the metrics unique to the seamless integration between Curator and the Reynolds ecosystem, for the month selected in the date picker.
Top Metrics
| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| Customers Enriched | Count of customer records that had duplicate records consolidated, contact information updated, or vehicle ownership status corrected during validation checks. |
| Service Appointments | Total appointments scheduled for the selected month. Synced daily with Reynolds. |
| VINs with Reynolds Equity | Total VINs with Reynolds Equity status for the selected month. Synced daily with Reynolds. |
UCP Data Sync Updates
This shows the total number of shopper events sent from Curator to the Unified Customer Profile in the Reynolds CRM for the selected month, broken into four metrics:
- Timeline Events — individual shopper activity events sent to the UCP timeline.
- Shopper Summaries — AI-generated shopper summaries requested from the UCP.
- Vehicle Comparison Talk Tracks — AI-generated vehicle comparison talk tracks requested from the UCP.
- Message Suggestions — AI-generated email and SMS message suggestions requested from the UCP.
Chats Received (Gubagoo)
If you have Gubagoo's ChatSmart connected, this shows the total number of Gubagoo chat sessions displayed in shopper timelines for the selected month. If you don't have it connected, this space instead shows an upsell prompt with a link to learn more.
Daily AI-Powered Brief
When you're viewing the current month, a set of AI-written insight sentences appears above the metrics, summarizing your data in plain language with suggested next steps. This is the same AI Insights feature documented separately — it does not appear when viewing a past month.
Subsection — Opportunities Pushed to Your CRM from the Sales Tools
Tracks opportunities managed and pushed to your CRM, via both manual push and automated sync:
-
Audiences Synced Automatically with CRM — number of audiences (shopper lists filtered by specific criteria) synced to the Reynolds CRM via the Auto Sync feature. This metric only appears when viewing the current month.
-
Shoppers Synced Automatically with CRM — snapshot of shoppers synced via Auto Sync during the selected month. Some of these shoppers' statuses may have since changed to inactive.
- Shoppers Manually Pushed to CRM — snapshot of shoppers manually pushed using the "Push to CRM" button during the selected month. Some statuses may have since changed to inactive.
If you haven't yet activated automatic sync or used the manual push feature, you'll see a "Get Started" prompt in place of these metrics, with a link to select an audience to activate or to explore your opportunities.
Subsection — UCP Data Sync Breakdown
A line chart showing the day-by-day breakdown of shopper data sent from Curator to Focus (Reynolds) over the selected month, using the same four metrics as UCP Data Sync Updates above (Timeline Events, Shopper Summaries, Vehicle Comparison Talk Tracks, Message Suggestions).
A "Total Data Points" figure at the top of the chart sums whichever metrics are currently selected. Click the metric chips above the chart to toggle individual lines on or off — by default, Timeline Events and Shopper Summaries are selected. At least one metric must remain selected at all times.
Section 3 — Shopper Analysis
This section reflects the overall quality and completeness of your shopper data, shown as cumulative totals (not tied to the month selector).
Overview Metrics
| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| De-anonymized Website Visitors | Resolved shoppers where one or more identities visited your website. |
| 2+ Merged Identities | Percentage of resolved identities that previously had more than two separate profiles in your dealership's data before being merged. |
| Households | Count of identified households among your resolved shoppers. |
| Business Accounts | Count of identified business accounts among your resolved shoppers. |
Each of these metrics also shows a secondary figure for activity in the last 7 days.
General Info: Shopper Data Completeness
This breaks down your shopper base by how complete their contact and vehicle data is, shown as Existing vs. Missing counts for each of the following:
- Shoppers with Owned Vehicles
- Shoppers with Emails
- Shoppers with Phone Numbers
- Shoppers with Addresses
- Shoppers with Names
Section 4 — Data Cleansing Over Time
A line chart tracking your data hygiene over time, with three tracked metrics shown as color-coded reference chips above the chart:
- Identity Records — total identities pulled from your data sources and imported lists.
- Cleaned Invalidated Data — data deemed invalid during identity resolution (invalid phone numbers, invalid emails, fake records, invalid formats, and repetitive records) that is excluded from shopper profiles and marketing activities.
- Unique Identities — total number of resolved, de-duplicated identities.
Unlike the UCP Data Sync Breakdown chips, these chips are informational labels rather than clickable filters — all three lines display together. A timeframe selector (3 Months / 12 Months / All Time) is built into this chart but is currently hidden while more historical data is gathered; the chart currently defaults to a 3-month view.
UX Functionality Summary
- Date range — month selector at the page level (Curator's Unique Integration section and subsections only); a separate hidden-by-default timeframe selector exists for the Data Cleansing chart.
- Filters/toggles — Identity Resolution vs. Inventory Data toggle (Core Integration Sources); metric chip toggles on the UCP Data Sync Breakdown chart (minimum one metric must stay selected).
- Sorting — this page is built from metric cards and charts rather than sortable data tables, so there is no column-sort functionality on this page.
- Export — the Data Hub page itself does not currently include a CSV or export option for its metrics.
Other Important Notes
- Core Integration Sources and Shopper Analysis show lifetime/cumulative totals; they are not affected by the month selector.
- The Daily AI-Powered Brief only appears when viewing the current month.
- The "Audiences Synced Automatically with CRM" metric only appears for the current month; past months show only the shoppers-synced figure.
- If you haven't activated Auto Sync or used manual push yet, you'll see "Get Started" prompts in place of the related metrics.
