Overview
The DigAd Overview page provides a consolidated view of ad performance across Search, Social, Display (DV360), Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Programmatic campaigns. The page is divided into three sections:
- High-level metrics (spend, leads, calls, clicks, impressions)
- Monthly trends in customer activity and sales (time-series chart with selectable data layers)
- Channel performance by business objective (spending and performance split by channel and objective)

Overview page layout and behavior
Time range selector (upper right)
- Default: 1 month view.
- Other options: Last week, Month to date, Last 3 months, Custom date range.
- The entire page refreshes based on the selected timeframe.
AI Generated Performance stories
- Displays an automatically created, data-driven narrative summarizing key insights for the selected timeframe and filters (maximum 3 month look-back).
- The story updates dynamically whenever you change the date range or chart layers.
High-level metrics
- Spent: Total ad spend during the selected date range.
- Leads: Traffic attributed to DigAd that converted on-site or via phone call within the attribution window. For lead detail and breakdowns, see the lead list.
- Calls: Calls attributed to paid ads using Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) and ad call extensions. Learn more about tracked phone calls
- Clicks: Total clicks on live ads during the selected timeframe.
- Impressions: Total ad impressions during the selected timeframe.
- Page views: Total page views off DigAd traffic in the selected timeframe.
Monthly Trends in Customer Activity and Sales
- This section shows a time-series chart illustrating how paid advertising drives activity and sales outcomes over time.
- Data layers (toggleable chips above the chart): leads, phone calls, clicks, impressions, page views, Est. CPL, CTR, average CPC.
- Click a chip to add/remove that layer from the chart. The chart updates instantly to reflect selected layers and the chosen timeframe.
Channel Performance by Business Objective
- Visual representation of how each advertising channel allocates budget and performs across different business objectives.
- A dropdown lets you select which metric to examine (for example: spend, leads, CPL, clicks, CTR). The chart then shows channel performance spliced by objective.
- Use this view to compare channel efficiency for specific objectives and guide budget allocation.
Troubleshooting
- Missing Overview page or access denied
- Verify your user profile includes the DigAd product and that your role is view, edit, or admin.
- If you should have access but don’t, ask an Admin to confirm your product assignment or contact Customer Success.
- Metrics show zero or unexpectedly low values
- Confirm the selected date range includes active campaign periods.
- Check campaign status (paused or ended campaigns will not accrue new metrics).
- Allow for processing delay — some metrics may lag by several hours.
- Reported leads differ from CRM or third-party reports
- Reported Leads are DigAd-attributed conversions within the platform’s attribution window. Differences may result from differing attribution windows, offline lead imports, or CRM matching rules.
- For lead-level detail, review the lead list: https://dashboard.fullpath.com/acquire/reports/leads
- Phone calls not appearing or undercounted
- Confirm DNI and call extension setup is active for the campaigns. See: https://fullpath.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055609752-Tracking-Calls-from-Ads
- Check for number pooling or masking in your website that might block DNI.
Important notes
- All page data is scoped to the selected timeframe and filters.
- AI-generated stories are intended to summarize trends and flag potential insights; they do not replace manual analysis.
- Attribution windows and tracking configurations affect reported metrics. Confirm these settings if you need to reconcile data with external systems.
- If any navigation labels or admin paths referenced above do not match your instance, submit a support request so we can update the documentation with the exact steps for your environment.
