Overview

CRM Data is a critical integration that the Fullpath CDP needs in order to provide a complete view of your Shoppers.  The table below outlines the CRM integrations supported by Fullpath as well as which data types are supported. Learn more about Supported DMS here.

These integrations are accomplished via CRM Link, a connection between the dealership's CRM and the Fullpath CDP that allows Fullpath to ingest data from the CRM on an ongoing basis. You can learn more about the CRM Link process here. 

You can click on the name of the CRM provider to learn about the steps required to set up an integration with Fullpath. Please note, each provider has varying requirements.

*DealerOwned can support Sales engagement but no financial details are available in the pulled reporting which means DMS connection is highly encouraged if you want to be able to enable campaigns related to Equity, last payment etc.

*Historical data for CDK Sales Activity and Sales Appointment data is not available, only data going forward/after the integration is set up.

* eLead existing customers currently supported and are actively being migrated to advanced API thru CDK;  New eLead customers will onboard exclusively through CDK API.
