CRM Link is the integration that enables Fullpath to pull data from your dealership's CRM directly into the CDP. Once connected, your CRM data flows into the platform continuously, allowing Fullpath to:

How the Connection Is Set Up
CRM Link is configured entirely by your Fullpath Implementation Manager — no action is required on your end. Your Implementation Manager will coordinate directly with your CRM provider to establish the integration and confirm that data is flowing correctly into the CDP.
