Overview
In order to enable SMS campaigns in on account, SMS settings must be configured within the Dashboard.
Navigation
SMS settings are nested in Audience Activation product menu under SMS Settings: https://dashboard.fullpath.com/settings/nurture/sms-settings
- Enter the Fullpath Dashboard
- Navigate to account settings
- Select Audience Activation product from dropdown
- Select SMS settings

Minimum Days Between SMSs
- The number of days Fullpath should wait between SMS communications to a customer
- Default: 30 days

SMS Assistant Name
- The name will be used for personalization in your SMS campaigns
- Default: POC first name from sign up form

SMS Reply Custom Instructions
- Specifies what your bot should or should not discuss with shoppers (should be specific, not general guidelines)
- Default: nothing applied
- Input supported: free text
- Format: up to 600 characters only

Dealership SMS Name
- How the dealership name will appear in the SMS message
- Fall back: Full Dealership name
- Input supported: Free text

- The minimum number of days Fullpath should wait between SMS communications to a customer
- Default: 30 days

Lead SMS Engagement Timeline
- The time period (days) for SMS engagement after a lead submission
- Default: 180 days
- Input supported: number
- Required: a minimum number is required
- Sale SMS Engagement Timeline
- The time period (months) for SMS engagement after a sale
- Default: 36 months
- Input supported: number
- Required: a minimum number is required
- Service RO SMS Engagement Timeline

| Note: If someone replies to the SMS, replies will be visible in Dashboard. A human may jump in and respond or the SMS bot will respond by default. If someone calls the number from which they received the SMS, the call will be forwarded to the Dealership main number. |
