Overview
The Data Ups Agent Management System allows Dealers to identify in-market opportunities using buying-intent signals pulled from within the dealership’s first-party data. The overview page provides a high level view of identified opportunities and their engagement outcomes for the selected month.
Access
Dealership's paying for the CDP Add-On will have access to Data Ups inside their Fullpath Dashboard. Admins on the account may grant permissions to specific dealership employees which allows them to read only, or edit / share, and delete audience lists inside Data Ups. Learn more about user permissions here.
Navigation
- Enter the Fullpath Dashboard
- Click on Activation (top navigation bar)
- Scroll down to Data Ups (Data Ups open into a separate tab)

Page Structure
The Overview page may be divided into the following 3 sections:

The Top level stats which provide guiding metrics to understand the number of Opportunities identified as well as subsequent meaningful events or actions related to those opportunities in the selected month.

A six month break down of the above meaningful metrics to help analyze meaningful trends and patterns over time.

3. New and Returning Customers Breakdown displays a weekly breakdown of key metrics for new and return customers. Metrics supported include:
- Cars sold
- Pushed to CRM
- Touched Opportunities
- Generated Opportunities
Opportunity Definitions
The new opportunities listed in the Data Ups Dashboard update every 24 hours. New Data Ups opportunities include shoppers who have:
- no purchase in past 365 days
- no lead submitted in last 90 days
All Opportunities
- This is a list of all identified Opportunities in the selected month for the Dealership to proactively engage which not yet been touched / viewed by Dealership personnel
Touched Opportunities
- a sales person or dealership employee opened an opportunity record from the list in the selected month
Pushed to CRM
- the opportunity was pushed to the Dealership CRM as a new lead in the selected month - visible on the individual Shopper page
- When Data Ups leads are manually pushed into the CRM - the ADF Lead Type will be labeled as "Campaign"
Cars Sold

opportunity was touched and then we see a vehicle purchase on record thereafter anchored to the selected month.
Not In Market
- a sales person or dealership employee marked an opportunity as Not-In-Market from within the Data Ups dashboard. The opportunity will remain in this category for 30 days and will return as a new opportunity after the 30 days have passed
Enrichment inside Data Ups
For those with Data Enrichment, lists of Data Ups with enriched and verified contact details are easily grouped for visibility and quick action in the side menu bar.
