Update the Template With Claude
If you need to change the layout, links, or copy, you can use your own Claude. Attach the HTML file and paste in this prompt, filling in your changes:
I'm attaching an HTML email template (Fullpath Platform Session Recap). Update it with the changes below and give me back a single HTML file I can copy into Gmail. Changes: - [describe what you want changed, e.g. new resource card, different links, new signature] Rules: - Keep the existing layout, colors, fonts, and embedded logo images exactly as they are unless I say otherwise. - Use a table-based layout with inline styles only: no style blocks, no classes, no gradients, no JavaScript inside the email. Use solid background colors. - Keep the 640px width. - Don't change or invent any URLs. If I don't give you a link, keep the existing one and tell me. - Keep the "Copy email for Gmail" button above the email, outside the email markup, so only the email gets copied. - When you're done, list every change you made and every link in the final email so I can check them.
Open the new file in Chrome, click Copy email for Gmail, and follow the steps above to overwrite your template.
