Reaching Your CRM
How do Data Ups appear in my CRM?
Each Data Up is sent to your CRM as an ADF sales lead with the following details:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Provider | "Fullpath/Data Up", or your account's custom ADF company name if one is set |
| Service | Data Up |
| Lead type | Campaign |
| Customer type | Business or Individual, based on your CRM/DMS records |
| Comments | "Lead Details: This is a Data Up generated by Fullpath," followed by a Link to shopper page, the Opportunity List, and the Assigned Sales Person |
| Address and vehicle | Left blank |
Are Data Ups sent as sales leads or service leads?
Data Ups are always sent as sales leads. They are never sent as service leads.
What happens when I click Push/Sync to CRM?
Clicking Push/Sync to CRM creates a new lead for the shopper's primary email within your CRM. When you push a shopper, Fullpath:
- Sends the ADF lead to your CRM.
- Records the push date and the user who pushed it.
- Moves the shopper to Pushed to CRM.
- Closes all of that shopper's open opportunities.
When are Data Ups sent to my CRM?
It depends on how the shopper is sent:
- Manual push: The lead is queued for sending as soon as you click.
- Auto Sync: Runs once per day on the days you select, at the hour you choose between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (default: 8:00 AM). Auto Sync sends up to your configured number of leads per day. The default is 20 and the maximum is 100.
Once a lead is delivered, how long it takes to appear in your CRM depends on your CRM vendor.
Where does the link to the shopper profile appear in my CRM?
The Link to shopper page is included in the ADF comments field. Where it displays depends on how your CRM shows ADF comments.
How is the salesperson assigned on a Data Up?
The assigned salesperson is captured at the moment the shopper is pushed and included in the lead comments as the Assigned Sales Person. Shoppers with no assigned rep show "[Not Assigned]".
Opportunity Counts & Statuses
How long does a shopper stay in Pushed to CRM?
Pushed to CRM status lapses automatically after 60 days. After that, the shopper can return as a new opportunity and becomes eligible for Auto Sync again. The lapse itself does not re-push the shopper to your CRM.
Can I reset a shopper's CRM status before 60 days?
Yes. Use Reset CRM status on the shopper. The reset applies to one shopper at a time and takes effect immediately. It restores the shopper's most recent opportunity of each type to New.
What does "Touched" mean?
An opportunity becomes Touched when a user opens the shopper's page. It returns to untouched after 30 days with no engagement. Any of the following restarts the 30-day clock:
- Activity on the shopper's page
- A push to CRM
- A sale
- A Not in Market or Back to Market mark
- An appointment
- A note
- A manual rep reassignment
Why do I have more pushes than touches?
A shopper doesn't need to be touched before being pushed, and Auto Sync sends from both new and touched opportunities. As a result, your push count can be higher than your touch count.
What's the difference between Generated Opportunities and All Opportunities?
Both count open opportunities:
- Generated Opportunities is the Overview metric for opportunities generated during the selected period.
- All Opportunities is the combined list of opportunities across all of your activated audiences.
Recalls are excluded from these counts by default.
Lists & Audiences
Why is my list smaller than the audience behind it?
Lists classify shoppers based on their likelihood to purchase a car and refresh every 24 hours. On each refresh:
- The audience is re-evaluated across all of your customers.
- Shoppers with no phone number or email address are removed.
- On custom lists, shoppers whose only active financing is on a vehicle they no longer own are removed.
- Shoppers who no longer match the audience have their opportunity closed.
How can I tell which list or intent level a shopper belongs to?
The Opportunity List in the lead comments names every list the shopper is currently in. There is no separate High Intent or Low Intent field on the lead.
Access
Can salespeople see only their own opportunities?
Yes. When your account has the salesperson-filtered view turned on, each user sees only the opportunities whose assigned rep name matches the name on their own user profile.
