Overview
The Agentic CRM is Fullpath's AI-powered sales management system for your dealership, built directly into the Fullpath Dashboard and versions supported within the Vin Solutions CRM. This article explains what it is, how it works, and where to find its major features. The Agentic CRM is currently in Beta — features and screens may continue to evolve as we roll it out further.
How It Works
The Agentic CRM is powered by three AI components that work together behind the scenes:
The three AI components:
- Task Builder — reviews each lead and customer's activity and automatically builds a prioritized to-do list for the assigned rep, so reps always know who to reach out to next and why.
- Lead Handling agent — automatically follows up with new leads by email and text message until a rep steps in or the customer responds, so leads are worked from the moment they arrive rather than sitting untouched.
- Omni — a conversational AI assistant your team can ask questions of directly, with access to live inventory, customer, and performance data. Omni only answers questions — it doesn't take actions on your behalf.
All three read from the same real-time data as it enters the system, so a new lead, a completed appointment, or a change in a customer's status is reflected everywhere immediately, without waiting on a batch update.
The Lead Handling agent's follow-up schedule, messaging, and channels (email, text, and in some cases voice) are configured specifically for your dealership, including respecting your business hours, applicable holidays, and any consent or compliance requirements for your state.
Where to Find It
The Agentic CRM lives inside the Fullpath Dashboard. Once you're logged in, look for CRM in the main navigation. Where you land depends on your role — see Roles & Permissions below.
Roles & Permissions
Every dealership admin can control exactly what each team member sees and can do in the Agentic CRM. In practice, most dealerships set this up along the following lines:
| Role | Landing Page | What They See |
|---|---|---|
| General Manager / Sales Manager | Overview | The full store's leads, customers, tasks, and performance across every rep. |
| Sales Rep | Home | Their own assigned leads, customers, tasks, and appointments only. |
Major Features
Overview & Home
Managers land on Overview, a store-wide performance dashboard showing incoming leads, scheduled and completed appointments, and sales results for a selected date range, along with AI-generated Key Insights highlighting what's worth their attention. Reps land on Home, a personal version of the same idea scoped to their own leads, tasks, and appointments.
Tasks
Each rep's Tasks page is their AI-built to-do list. Every task includes the context behind it and a suggested next step, so a rep can act immediately rather than deciding where to start.
Lead Pipeline
The Lead Pipeline gives you a live, stage-by-stage view of every lead moving through your sales process, from first contact through to a completed sale.
Conversations
All communication with a customer — email, text, and calls — is captured in one place on the Conversations page, so any rep picking up a lead has the full history in front of them.
Calendar & Scheduling
Reps can set their individual working hours and time off, and the system automatically shows real appointment availability that accounts for time already booked — helpful when scheduling a customer visit around a rep's actual schedule.
My Customers
Every person your dealership has interacted with — whether from a website inquiry, a DMS record, or a showroom walk-in — has a customer record here, holding their full history, tasks, appointments, and communications in one place.
Appraisals
Reps can build a trade-in appraisal directly from a customer's record, capturing vehicle condition and an estimated value, which can then upload automatically to your appraisal provider where configured.
Deals Desk
When a rep is ready to structure a deal, Desk a Deal sends the customer and vehicle information to your desking provider — Fullpath Desking or Deal Central, depending on your dealership's setup — and the deal's status syncs back so your team can track it without leaving the CRM.
Reports & Team Performance
Managers get reporting on leads, sales, and team performance, including a per-rep view of activity and results. Team Performance can also be configured with a points-based scoring system, so managers can set up simple rules — even in plain language — to highlight and reward top performance across the team.
Goals
Managers can set monthly sales unit and gross profit targets, split between new and used vehicles, to track the store's progress against its own goals.
Communication Preferences
Customer contact preferences — including opt-outs from email, text, calls, or mail — are tracked per contact method, so your team always has an accurate, up-to-date record of how a customer wants to be reached.
