Overview
The Budget History page provides a read-only record of your dealership's paid advertising budget for previous months. You can use this page to review how your total budget was distributed across advertising channels and campaigns, and confirm actual spend against your allocated budget.
This page is available for review and auditing purposes only. No changes can be made from this page.

Budget History is located in the Fullpath Dashboard under:
Activation › Paid Advertising › Budget History

Who Can Access This Page
The Budget History page is accessible to users with the following Dashboard permission levels:
- View — Can access and review budget history
- Edit — Can access and review budget history
- Admin — Can access and review budget history
Note: All permission levels have the same read-only access on this page. No edits or adjustments can be made regardless of permission level.
What You'll See
When you open the Budget History page, you'll find a month-by-month record of your paid advertising budget. Each entry displays:
- Month and year — The billing period the budget applies to
- Total budget — The total advertising spend allocated for that month
- Budget allocations — How the budget was divided across advertising channels and campaigns (e.g., Google Search, Meta, Display)

Actual spend — The amount actually spent within each channel or campaign for that month
Common Use Cases
Budget History is most commonly used for:
- Spend auditing — Verify that budget was spent as allocated across all channels for a given month.
- Co-op reimbursement — Download a monthly PDF snapshot to attach as supporting documentation when submitting for OEM co-op advertising funds.
- Month-over-month review — Track how budget allocations have changed over time and compare spend across different months.
- Internal reporting — Share historical budget data with dealership management, finance teams, or other stakeholders.
Important Notes
- Read-only page: No edits, adjustments, or actions can be taken on this page. Budget changes must be made through your Fullpath account team.
- Current month not shown: Budget History reflects completed months only. The current month's budget is managed through your active budget settings.
- Data accuracy: Spend figures reflect data as reported by the advertising platforms. Minor discrepancies between platform-reported and invoiced amounts may occasionally occur.
