Overview
The Inventory page inside the Agentic CRM gives sales reps and managers direct access to the dealership's live vehicle inventory without leaving the CRM. It displays the same Inventory Analysis tool available across the Fullpath platform — the same reports, the same filters, the same vehicle table. From here, users can search and filter inventory, run pre-built reports to surface specific vehicle sets, and drill into individual vehicle detail pages.

Navigation
Fullpath Dashboard → CRM → Inventory Direct URL: https://dashboard.fullpath.com/crm/inventory
Individual vehicle detail: https://dashboard.fullpath.com/crm/inventory/vehicles/:id
Roles and permissions
All CRM users with Read access can view the Inventory page.
If no inventory integration is configured for the dealership, an empty state message will appear in place of the inventory table.
Page overview
The Inventory page consists of the following areas.
Page header Displays the page title ("Inventory Analysis" by default, or the name of the selected report). The header includes two action buttons:
- Share — copies a link to the current filtered view to the clipboard.
- Export CSV — downloads the current vehicle list as a CSV. This button is disabled until inventory data has fully loaded.
Filter chips bar Active filters appear as removable chips below the header. Each chip represents one filter currently applied to the vehicle table. Click a chip's X to remove it, or click Add filter to add a new one.
Top metrics bar Summary metrics for the current filtered view — total vehicles, average days on lot, average price, and others. Metrics update as filters change.
Vehicle table The main table lists vehicles matching the active filters. Columns include vehicle details, availability status, pricing, days on lot, VDP views, shopper count, and CRM leads. The table supports sorting by column and pagination.
A search field above the table allows filtering by VIN, make, model, or other vehicle text. Results update after a brief delay as you type.
Pre-built reports
Six pre-built reports are available from the reports menu. Each loads a specific filter and sort configuration:
- Slow Moving VINs Active inventory with 30 or more days on lot, sorted by days on lot (highest first). Use this to identify vehicles that may need price adjustments or additional promotion.
- Low Traffic VDPs Active inventory with 5 or more days on lot, sorted by VDP views (lowest first). Use this to find vehicles getting the least online visibility.
- High-Interest VINs Active inventory sorted by shopper count (highest first). Use this to prioritize follow-up on vehicles attracting the most attention.
- High-Converting VINs Active inventory sorted by CRM leads (highest first). Use this to identify vehicles generating the most qualified lead activity.
- Recently Sold/Moved Vehicles moved off the lot in the last 31 days. Use this to review recent inventory turnover.
- Promoted by VINs Acceleration (visible only if VINs Acceleration is active) Inventory promoted through the VINs Acceleration product within the last month.
Filters
- Click Add filter to open the filter dialog. Filters are organized into three categories:
- Vehicle Condition (New / Used / All), Year (range), Make, Model, Trim, Mileage (range), Days on Lot (range).
- Availability In Stock (with optional date range), Sold/Moved Out (with optional date range).
- Price MSRP (range), Dealership Price (range).
- Multiple filters can be applied at the same time. Each applied filter appears as a chip in the filter bar and can be removed individually.
Navigating to a vehicle record
Click any row in the vehicle table to open the individual vehicle detail page. The vehicle detail page shows full specifications, pricing, VDP performance data, and associated shopper activity.
Important to note
- The Inventory page in the CRM uses the same inventory component as the rest of the Fullpath platform. Any updates to that shared component — filters, reports, table columns — apply here as well.
- The Export CSV button remains disabled until all inventory data has finished loading. If it remains disabled after the table appears, wait for the metrics to finish loading as well.
- The Promoted by VINs Acceleration report is only visible when VINs Acceleration is active for the dealership. If the product is not active, the report does not appear.
- If no inventory integration is configured, the vehicle table is replaced with an empty state message.
- The vehicle table may not show a CRM Leads column if the data is unavailable for that dealership. This is expected behavior, not an error.
Troubleshooting
Empty state displayed instead of inventory table The dealership does not have an active inventory integration configured. Verify the inventory feed connection in the portal's integration settings or escalate to technical support.
Export CSV is disabled Inventory data has not finished loading. Wait for the page to fully load. If all data appears but the button remains disabled, refresh the page.
VDP views or shopper count columns show 0 for all vehicles This may indicate a website tracking or data pipeline issue. Confirm that the dealership's website tracking is installed and active. Escalate to technical support if the issue persists across multiple vehicles.
