Overview
You can now change the on-site title for additional Website Engagement (WE) modules directly from the Dashboard. In addition to the previously editable modules (Offer Assistance, Get E-price, Offers), the following modules are now editable:
- Chat + ChatGPT
- Trade In
- Book Appointment
- Test Drive Plus (Premium Test Drive)
- Service
This gives clients and Technical Support (TS) control over how module titles appear on their site and reduces one-off customizations for Professional Services (PS).
Scope
This article explains who can edit WE module titles, where to find the setting, how to enable/disable modules, step-by-step editing instructions (including autosave behavior), linked-title rules, troubleshooting tips, and items that may require confirmation from Product/Engineering.
Technical eligibility
- Applies to customers using the Website Engagement Product
- The Title edit option is visible only when the specific WE module is ACTIVE in the Dashboard.
- Title changes apply to both desktop and mobile views (same title on both).
- Custom titles are limited to 20 characters.
Roles & permissions
- Users need Dashboard Settings / Platform Management edit permissions to modify module settings.

- Choose a title:

- Choose Custom and enter a custom title (maximum 20 characters).
- Click or tab outside the title field to trigger autosave — the change is saved once the cursor clicks outside the field.

-
Verify the updated title on both desktop and mobile views.

- Desktop and mobile titles remain consistent — the same title displays on both.
- Custom title max length = 20 characters.
- Title changes are autosaved when you click outside the field (no separate Save button required).
- Changes update immediately on the site but may require a hard refresh or cache clearing to be visible to all users.
- For site-specific customizations beyond title selection, follow the existing PS request process.
Troubleshooting
