Overview
Our Website Engagement widget chat module utilizes ChatGPT, a unique in that it combines the wide breadth of knowledge ChatGPT holds with Fullpath’s Customer Data and Experience Platform proprietary data layer. This allows the chat to provide highly specific dealership-relevant answers to hyper-specific inquiries.
If you would like to continue using your own chat service instead, we can integrate it with the Website Engagement widget.
Setup Options
In order to avoid potential onsite overlaps between the Website Engagement widget and the existing chat services on a website, there are 3 options:
- Replace your existing chat with the Fullpath Website Engagement Ai Powered ChatGPT
- Move your existing chat to the left side of the screen
- Integrate your existing chat into the Fullpath Website Engagement widget so that your chat provider populates whenever the Fullpath widget chat icon is clicked
