Overview
The Fullpath integration with Focus CRM, known as Curator, allows Curator Dashboard users to push new opportunities into their CRM by triggering new ADFs. This allows Dealer staff to proactively engaging high-potential customers who show interest but haven't explicitly, recently become leads. These individuals are actively engaging with a dealership's marketing (e.g., visiting the website, using chatbots, replying to texts) but haven't submitted a lead form. Pushing them into the CRM as new opportunities brings them into the work flow of Dealership sales personnel for immediate followup.
Opportunity Lists
Each Opportunity list in the Sales Tools section, whether created by the Curator system or a custom list created by a Dealership employee, are dynamic and may update daily. New additions may be added while older entities may drop off.
Syncing with the CRM
Each Opportunity may be selected and pushed to the CRM as a batch of many or individually.
Opportunity lists may also be scheduled to sync with the Focus CRM on a daily basis. In this way, no manual selection is required.
Important to Note
- Scheduled Synced Opportunities will trigger new ADFs at 8am ET
- Scheduled Synced Opportunity lists will include up to 20 opportunities
- Auto-synced Opportunities must have:
- a Marketing Engagement Score of 10
