Dealership Offers
Dealership Offers is a data source from which the Fullpath CDP can receive your Dealership inputs in order to Activate onsite offers, ads, email and SMS engagements which accurately reflect the specials offered at the Dealership. Dealership Offers support model, trim, and VIN level incentives!
Dealership Offers for Website Engagement:
The Fullpath onsite widget will show incentives from the dealership to visitors based on their browsing behavior. For example, a visitor who has shown an interest in the Chevy Cruze will likely be targeted with an offer for that vehicle.
Supported Offer Type: Lease, Finance, Cash, Off-MSRP, Custom
Destination: There are sometimes situations where there are no currently live offers. In this case, clicking on the Offers module in the widget will take the visitor to the Dealership Specials page.
Dealership Offers for Digital Advertising:
Fullpath will create relevant ads based on your available dealership incentives. The feature integrates seamlessly, so if you have both OEM offers and dealership offers, the system will know how to compare them and advertise the better offer type.
The better offer is based on offer terms, not performance (although we expect a correlation), for example a lower lease payment or a shorter finance term, etc. When uploading Dealership Offers, keep in mind, Digital Advertising only supports Lease/Finance/Cash/Off MSRP and Service Offers, and will not support “Custom” formatted offers.

Destination: Ads leveraging Dealership Offers will drive traffic to the Dealership Specials page.
** Just because you have added an offer, does not mean that Digital Advertising will always show the ads created using that offer data. It will show the ads most likely to convert and get you more leads, which means if another offer for the same model has better terms, that offer will likely be optimized over the one which you have added manually.
Dealership Offers for Email Engagement
Fullpath's Audience Activation leverages Dealership offers to target customers and leads inside your CRM who may have gone cold, never bought, or are back in market and ready to shop (cross-referenced with your zip code and available inventory). The Dealership Offers are a data sources used across several campaigns including but not limited to Lease Renewal, Finance Renewal, Non-buyers and more!
This data source integrates seamlessly, so you can support OEM Offers and your Dealership specials; the CDP decision engine will know how to compare them and advertise the better offer type. The better offer is determined by looking at the customer's history and available CRM details along with the offer terms, not performance (although we expect a correlation), for example a lower lease payment or a shorter finance term, etc.

- CSV upload

- FCA (ORE offers from Stellantis, for applicable accounts only)
Destination:
OEM >> destination is homepage

CSV >> if VDP included, if not, homepage

FCA >> destination is VDP
Prioritization of Offers
When trying to understand which offers are given priority, an easy rule of thumb to follow would be: Most viewedMSRP > Most viewed Lease > Most viewed Finance > Most viewed Cash
After that, the following order applies (as applicable to your dealership):
- MSRP discount (highest first)
- Lease amount per month (lowest first)
- Lease down payment (lowest first)
- Finance APR (lowest first)
- Cash amount (highest first)
- Update date (most recent first)

A pop-up will appear which will include a link labeled View Dashboard Here > that will navigate to the Dealership Offers Dashboard, pictured below.

Offer Display Breakdown
Filters
The filter bar includes the following filters: Year, Make, Model, Offer Program, Status, and Source. Offer Program corresponds to the offer's sub-category (e.g., Finance Deal, Sign and Drive, Low APR Finance Deal) and only appears when sub-category data is present in the current result set. Source reflects the offer's origin (e.g., Ignite, CSV, OEM).
VIN / Stock Number Search
A search field in the filter bar area allows users to search offers by VIN or stock number. Results update automatically as the user types. When a search or filter combination returns no results, an empty state message is displayed.
Sort by VIN
A Sort by VIN toggle in the table header sorts the offer list by VIN in ascending order. Manually clicking any column header to sort will turn the toggle off.
Offer Program Tag
For Ignite-sourced offers, the offer's sub-category displays as a tag in the Details column, providing a quick visual indicator of the offer program (e.g., "Finance Deal") at the row level.
Expanded Offer Detail (Ignite Offers)
When the current result set contains at least one Ignite offer, an expand arrow column appears in the table. Clicking an Ignite row expands it inline to display a full offer breakdown. Only one row can be expanded at a time; clicking the same row again collapses it.
The expanded panel includes:

Top-level identifiers: MSRP, Invoice, VIN, Stock Number, Model Number, and Market Scan ID

Public Offer Data: Offer type, mileage, term, payment, downpayment, due at signing, and APR (finance offers only)

Offer Calculation: Base payment, selling price, amount financed, sales tax rate, total rebate, inception fee, acquisition fee, residual percent, and residual dollar

Financing Program Details: Lender, buy rate, sell rate, max advance, program code, and zip code
- Dealer Profitability: Paid reserve, gross vehicle profit, and total profit — displays only when invoice data is available
*When present, the offer's full terms and conditions appear at the bottom of the expanded panel.
* Non-Dynamic Payments offers (CSV, OEM, etc.) are not expandable.
Important to note:
Please note: If there are Dealership Offers associated with a VIN(s) that are not available in the dealership inventory, those offers will either pause or not run live. Fullpath will not advertise for vehicles that the Dealership doesn't have in their inventory.
