Overview
The Service Appointment page displays a list of Shoppers who booked Service appointment on the Dealer website through Fullpath's ChatGPT chat module or the Fullpath Service Module powered by the XTime integration. These appointments were booked directly in the chat conversation or Service module and the appointment data is pushed directly into the Dealers XTime scheduler.
Navigation
The Service Appointments page is nested under the Website Engagement Marketing product in the Marketing section of the Fullpath Dashboard:

Page Layout
The Service Appointments list includes the following columns:

Date: The date upon which the Shopper chatted with Fullpath GPT or Booked via the Service Module and scheduled the appointment (note: this is not the date for which they requested the service)

Contact Details: The contact details provided by the Shopper in the conversation with the GPT Chatbot. Must include a name and email or phone number.

Appointment Details: The service, taken from the user input in the chat conversation and mapped to the available services at the Dealership, set through XTime. This will also show the scheduled date for the service.
- Module Details: The module thru which the Service was Scheduled (Chat or Service Module).
Search
The search bar allows the user to search using free text formatting by name, email, etc.
Date Range
The default date range is set to last 30 days and may be adjusted.
Pagination
The results will show 10 appointment at a time.
Data
- The data displayed on the page comes directly from the details provided by the Shopper inside the Chat conversation or Service Module on the Dealer website.
- Scheduling details like date and time are offered to the shopper according to the settings and availability inside the Dealers XTime scheduler.
- The scheduled services are based on what the Shopper typed inside the Chat conversation; the Shopper input is then translated into one of the services available / offered by the Dealership and listed in the Dealer's XTime account. Changes to services available or offered should be made via XTime as the Fullpath interaction maps the services a Shopper requested, to those available in the Dealer's XTime account.
Important to Note
The Service Appointments page is only visible on accounts with Fullpath's XTime Integration. The page will not appear for those who are not integrated with XTime.
