Overview
The Assigned Opportunities View controls how sales opportunities are displayed to users based on their salesperson assignment. This setting enables dealerships to manage visibility of opportunities across their team, ensuring users see only the information relevant to their role.
Who This Is For
- Dealerships using the Fullpath Dashboard with multiple employees accessing the Activation Product
- Managers or administrators who want to control opportunity visibility by salesperson assignment
- Salespersons and other users who need a focused view of their assigned opportunities
Eligibility and Permissions
- Only users with admin permissions in the Fullpath Dashboard can enable or disable this setting.
- All users with access to view opportunities are affected by this setting once enabled.
How Does It Work

Enabled: Salespersons see only opportunities assigned to them. Users with read/view-only permission will have a filtered list, showing only their relevant opportunities.

Disabled: Users with opportunity access can view all opportunities regardless of salesperson assignment.
- This setting helps dealerships tailor opportunity visibility, allowing some employees to have broad access and others to focus only on actionable, assigned items.
Navigation
1. Enter the Fullpath Dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings (upper right hand corner, gear icon)
3. Product > Select Data Ups
4. Within the Data Ups configuration menu > Opportunities

How to Enable or Disable Assigned Opportunities View
1. Sign in with an account that has admin permissions.
2. Go to Settings > Data Ups > Opportunities.
3. Find the Assigned Opportunities View toggle within the Data Ups settings.
4. To enforce salesperson-specific opportunity visibility, toggle ON the Assigned Opportunities View.
5. To allow users to see all opportunities regardless of assignment, toggle OFF.
6. Changes take effect immediately for all users with opportunity access.
Important Notes
- Changing this setting affects all users with opportunity visibility — please communicate changes internally.
- Enabling this feature supports dealerships where only assigned salespersons should access specific customer opportunities.
- Disabling it is useful when a broader access approach is preferred, such as for managers or centralized sales teams.
