Overview
Dynamic Payments (DP) is a Fullpath add-on that automatically generates compliant, VIN-level offers for your dealership based on live inventory, pricing, rebates, incentives, residuals, financing rates and dealer-set parameters. When enabled, these offers are displayed across your website (specials page, VDPs) and are available for use by other Fullpath activation products — including Audience Activation (AA) — so your campaigns always show the best, up-to-date deals to shoppers.

How Dynamic Payments is used inside Audience Activation
Offer sources: Audience Activation may choose from three possible offer sources when building an email or SMS message:
- OEM offers
- Dealer-created offers
- Dynamic Payments offers
Offer selection: AA evaluates available offers and will use DP offers when they are the most competitive and appropriate for the target shopper. DP produces VIN-level payment and incentive information to maximize appeal and accuracy.
Templates: AA includes specific email and SMS templates designed to surface DP-generated offers. These templates ensure DP offers are rendered correctly in communications.
Campaign use cases: DP-powered templates are primarily used in:
- Finance Renewal campaigns (hot / medium / cold segments)
- VDP Visitor campaigns (hot / medium / cold segments)

What this means for your campaigns
Finance Renewal: DP can produce up-to-date finance offers tailored to customers whose finance is expiring, helping increase retention and lease/loan renewals.
VDP Visitor campaigns: When someone visits a vehicle detail page, AA can include the best DP-generated offers for that VIN in follow-up emails or SMS, increasing conversion likelihood.
Cross-product leverage: DP offers used in AA are the same offers shown on your website and used by other activation products — keeping messaging consistent across channels.

The Dynamic Payments Overview page provides performance and activity metrics for Dynamic Payments offers and the Activation products that leverage them.
The middle section of the reporting lists Activation products that are live on the account (e.g., Ads, Emails, SMS, Website widgets) and presents leading metrics for each product, including Audience Activation.
