Overview
The Fullpath Lead Handling Agent is a paid Activation Product that uses an AI agent to intake, engage, and qualify incoming leads on behalf of a dealership with the express goal of setting appointments and stopping the clock for immediate quality followup. The agent accomplishes this in a few ways:
- Thru SMS outreach to internet and incoming phone leads
- Thru Email campaigns delivered via AA with specific templates
Scope
The Performance Dashboard page is where all SMS interactions with Shoppers may be tracked as well as where a Dealership employee can understand and analyze the impact of the Agent engagement.

Page overview
Data Picker
The top right side of the page displays a timeframe picker for ease and quick reference. The picker supports:
- 7 days
- 30 days (default setting)
- Month to date
- 60 days
- Year to date
- or custom date picking
Average Stop the Clock:
The average duration from when a lead is submitted to when the Agent first engages with that lead.
Performance Highlights
The top row highlights performance metrics related to the SMS interactions which the Ai agent facilitated in the selected time frame.
Contacted: Leads that the lead handling agent has successfully reached out to and initiated contact.
Leads Replied: Leads actively engaged in conversation with the lead handling agent.
Appointments Set: Shoppers for which a successful appointment has been scheduled at the dealership.
Cars Sold: The total number of leads who engaged with the AI agent and subsequently made a car purchase.
Channel Performance
Channel performance displays high level metrics about the Lead Handling Agent performance in the selected time range broken out by Channel: Email, SMS, or both.
Agent Work Breakdown
The Agent Work Breakdown provides a clear picture of the total Conversations and Agent interactions during the selected date range.
Lead Source Performance
The Lead Source Performance chart tracks how different lead sources perform. It includes a breakdown of Fullpath as well as other vendors pulled directly from the Dealership VinSo CRM.
The Report may be download as a CSV for further analysis or external use. Only those with Edit or Admin permissions may download the list.
