Overview
The Dynamic Payments Overview page provides performance and activity metrics for Dynamic Payments offers and the Activation products that leverage them.
Page Layout
The layout follows standard CDP overview reports: a date picker (upper-right) defaults to the current calendar month, top summary metrics can be viewed by day or month, a time-series chart shows offer activity over time, and the bottom of the page lists live Activation products and a sample of shoppers who converted after engaging with Dynamic Payments offers.

Highlights from Dynamic Payments Offer Generation Process
Aggregated metrics for offer generation and publishing. Can show daily or monthly aggregation.
- Vehicle Scans — The number of vehicles scanned in the inventory feed within the selected timeframe. Dynamic Payments integrates with the dealership inventory feed and scans each vehicle (daily).
- Offers Created — The number of offers generated during the selected timeframe. Dynamic Payments typically generates multiple offers per vehicle.
- Offers Published on site — The number of offers published on the dealer site in the selected timeframe. Dynamic Payments publishes the offer with the lowest payment.
- Time Savings — An estimate based on 15 minutes per vehicle and the manual effort of creating 3–5 offers per vehicle. It multiplies the manual-time estimate by the number of vehicles listed on the specials page each day (conservative calculation).
Specials Page Activity
Metrics focused on the Dynamic Payments specials page embedded on the dealer website (page views, offer clicks, etc.).
- Page views — Number of times visitors opened the Specials Page in the selected month.
- Offer Clicks — Number of clicks on the Dynamic Payments offers embedded on the Specials Page in the selected month.
Monthly Offer Breakdown
Time-series (line graph) charting:
- Vehicles scanned
- Offers created
- Offers published on the dealer site
Activation Products leveraging Dynamic Payments
Lists Activation products that are live on the account (e.g., Ads, Emails, SMS, Website widgets) and presents leading metrics for each product.
Dynamic Payments Success Stories
- Shows a sample list of Shoppers who purchased or converted to sales leads after interacting with Activation products using Dynamic Payments offers.
- Shopper names are hyperlinks — click any name to open the individual Shopper page for a detailed journey and timeline.
Support for Multiple Feeds
In the event that your brand requires you to have MAAP (Minimum Allowable Advertised Price) restrictions which determine what can display on the website in terms of pricing, Dynamic Payments can support multiple feeds.
For example, if your dealership has different advertising rules for service loaners, such as being able to run specials at 20% off MSRP if the offers reside on a separate page on the website, and cannot be co-mingled with new car specials, then two feeds are recommended to support compliance policies while maximizing the number of offers the Fullpath platform may leverage to create ads and generate widget offers.
Specials Page and Banners
If Dynamic Payments are enabled, you will also find additional Settings inside of the Dealership Level settings. These relate to the specials page upon which Dynamic Payments special offers will be embedded and appear on the Dealer site as well as settings for the VDP banners:
On this page you can input the URL of the page that you'd like "taken over" by Fullpath. Changes will be made automatically and immediately.
You can also turn VDP banners On and Off by using the toggle. There is an additional setting that can be turned on/off that controls which offers should be shown on VDP banners. By default, any offer that matches the Make-Model of the vehicle will be shown on the banner. However, if you prefer that the banner only show offers that match the vehicle exactly (including by Trim), you can check this box. When checked, only offers that match the vehicle by VIN will be shown.
Troubleshooting
Metric values not updating
- Confirm the correct reporting date range (date picker).
- Verify the account has Dynamic Payments enabled and that the inventory feed is connected and current.
- Check whether the dashboard has a known data refresh cadence (not provided here). If in doubt, confirm with Product/Engineering.
-
Confirm the user’s permissions (view vs edit) — lack of edit permissions does not prevent viewing metrics, but missing integrations may.
Shopper links not working
- Confirm you have at least view access to individual Shopper pages.
- Check for broken links or a console/network error; capture screenshots and logs and escalate to Engineering if needed.
Ads/Email/SMS metrics seem low
- Confirm that those Activation products are live and properly configured to use Dynamic Payments offers.
- Verify tagging and tracking for ads / emails / SMS are active and that there are no delivery issues.
Permissions-related issues
- Verify the user’s role in the CDP. View access is sufficient to see the Overview page; edit access is required to change configurations.
