Overview
The Data Ups Agent Management System identifies in-market opportunities using buying-intent signals from a dealership's first-party data. The All Opportunities list provides an actionable, prioritized set of shoppers the dealership can proactively engage. Opportunity lists in the sidebar can now be reordered to match how each dealership actually prioritizes outreach.
Audiences created in CDP Pro > Audiences can be activated into Data Ups. Once activated, an audience is saved in Data Ups where teams can manage opportunities and push selected shoppers into the Dealer CRM as new/updated leads.

Who Has Access
Any user with Fullpath Dashboard access can view and work opportunities in Data Ups. Reordering the sidebar list order is restricted to admin users only — non-admin users will not see the drag-and-drop control and cannot change list order.
Page-Level Controls
Opportunity lists refresh every 24 hours. There is no global date range or filter control affecting all sidebar lists at once — each list (tab) below has its own inclusion logic.
Opportunity Lists & Sidebar
The Opportunities area is subdivided into lists in the sidebar, and totals roll up into All Opportunities.
Sorting the Sidebar (Admin Only)
Admin users can drag and drop lists in the sidebar to reorder them, surfacing the dealership's highest-priority follow-up lists at the top instead of hunting for them. Previously, new lists always landed at the bottom in a fixed system order; sidebar order can now be tailored to how each dealership actually works.
List Definitions
| List | Definition |
|---|---|
| All Opportunities | Every currently identified opportunity (updated daily). Excludes expired and NIM items. |
| New | Newly created by the Data Ups agent and not yet touched by dealership staff. |
| Touched Opportunities | A dealer employee or salesperson opened the opportunity record from the list. A "last touched" timestamp column is visible. |
| Pushed to CRM | The opportunity was pushed into the Dealership CRM as a new lead (visible from the individual Shopper page). |
| Cars Sold | A touched opportunity where a subsequent vehicle purchase is recorded. |
| Not In Market (NIM) | A dealer employee marked the opportunity NIM from inside Data Ups. Removed from lists for 30 days, then may reappear as new. NIM tags do not get pushed back into the Dealer CRM. |
| Enrichment Opportunities | For accounts with Data Enrichment enabled, lists of shoppers with enriched and verified contact details, surfaced for quick action. Always pinned to the top of the sidebar and excluded from manual reordering. |
| Custom Opportunity Lists | Lists created with CDP filters and saved for specific workflows. |
List Columns & Sorting
Default ordering within a list is typically by highest Marketing Engagement Score, unless a time-bound condition (e.g., an expiring lease) changes priority.
Sorting controls: press the sort arrow once for A→Z, twice for Z→A, three times to clear sorting.
Common Columns
- Shopper (hyperlink to individual Shopper page)
- Date Created (when the opportunity was created in Data Ups — not the shopper's first appearance in CRM/DMS)
- Vehicle Owned (from DMS/service data)
- Estimated Equity State
- Marketing Engagement Score
- Dealership Loyalty Tags (Service ROs, service appointments, sales)
- Vehicle Engagement (vehicle-specific website activity)
- Salesperson (pulled from connected CRM/DMS; can be reassigned in Fullpath)
- Dynamic columns (last touch date, date pushed to CRM, etc.)
Actions & Behavior
Share
Opportunities may be shared with other users who have Fullpath Dashboard access.
Push to CRM
Push individual shoppers as leads into the dealer CRM from the Shopper page. Manually pushed leads are labeled as ADF Lead Type = "Campaign." When manually pushed from Data Ups or auto-sync is enabled, the ADF lead provider is labeled "Fullpath" (or "AutoLeadStar" for older clients) with provider URL "dashboard.fullpath.com."
Mark Not In Market (NIM)
Removes the opportunity from lists for 30 days. This change does not update the Dealer CRM.
Mark as Untouched
Reverts a click on the Shopper and moves the opportunity from the Touched tab back into All Opportunities. Opportunities untouched for 30 days will move back to the New Opportunities list.
Re-assign Salesperson
Unassigned salespeople may be assigned, or existing salespeople re-assigned, from a dropdown populated by the connected CRM (name must be an exact match to the CRM listing). Reassignments are stored only in Fullpath and do not push back to the dealer CRM. Reassignments also appear in the CDP Shopper Page > Lifecycle Management section.
Enrichment
If your account includes Data Enrichment, Data Ups surfaces shoppers with verified contact details. Enrichment lists are grouped in the sidebar for fast action (e.g., direct outreach, push to CRM) and, unlike other sidebar lists, always stay pinned to the top — they can't be moved by admin reordering. If enrichment details are incorrect, see deleting improperly enriched identities.
UX Functionality Summary
- Sidebar list order: drag-and-drop reorder, admin users only. Enrichment lists are excluded and always pinned to the top.
- Column sort (within a list): click a column header's sort arrow — once for A→Z, twice for Z→A, three times to clear.
- Share: share an opportunity with other Fullpath Dashboard users.
- Push to CRM, Mark NIM, Mark as Untouched, Reassign Salesperson: available per-opportunity from the list or Shopper page.
Other Important Notes
Important:
- Opportunity lists refresh every 24 hours.
- NIM tags and salesperson reassignments live only inside Fullpath/CDP — neither is written back to the Dealer CRM.
- "New" opportunities require no vehicle purchase in the past 365 days and no lead submitted in the last 90 days.
- Sidebar reordering is admin-only; non-admin users won't see the drag-and-drop control, and Enrichment lists always stay pinned to the top regardless of who reorders the sidebar.
