Overview
The Stellantis Campaigns page communicates the performance and core value of our products for Stellantis customers running Heavy Up or VSD or BCDF campaigns. The Stellantis Campaigns Page may be used by Stellantis Dealerships and Fullpath Customer Success Managers seeking to gain an overview of performance metrics for Heavy Up or VSD or BCDF campaigns. The page allows you to view the available/open for enrollment campaigns, as well as the performance metrics of previously run campaigns.
It is important to note that even if a dealer is using other products in the Fullpath suite, the Stellantis Campaigns data visible inside the Stellantis page is completely separate, and therefore will not appear in other reporting or be aggregated with data visible on other pages.
Navigation
You can access the Stellantis Campaign page only if you are Stellantis customer. The page is nested under the Marketing Tab .
Dashboard Structure
Overview Page layout
There are two sections visible on the Stellantis Campaigns page: the first is called Your Campaigns and the second beneath that is called Open for Enrollment. These campaigns have been configured by Fullpath on behalf of, and using the data provided by, the participating Stellantis dealer.
- Your Campaigns includes all campaigns that are running or have run in the past.
- Open for Enrollment includes all campaigns that can currently be signed up for.
Important to note, the default order of campaigns displayed is chronological by Flight Date (the start of the campaign). The Campaigns page will only show campaigns for the make(s) that are associated with the store (a Jeep store will not be shown RAM campaigns for example). The data displayed in both sections on the page includes:
Campaign: The type and name of the campaign and the date range it was/is running.
Status: Live, Done, Pending (dealer has signed up but campaign is not yet live)
OEM: The Brands for which the campaign is relevant (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram)
Budget: The budget provided by the dealership for this campaign.
*This does not include the Fullpath tech fee.
Boost: The ad spend Stellantis designated for the dealership on that specific campaign.
Nameplates: The makes and models included in that specific campaign
Campaign Performance View
From the Stellantis Campaigns overview page, you may click on a row to view performance of a specific campaign that is currently, or has previously run, on your account.
The campaign performance view page is divided into 3 panels: Campaign Details on the left side, Topline Performance section in the top middle section, and beneath that, Expanded Performance view.
- Campaign Details panel includes the Campaign Name and Date along with other pertinent campaign information like the OEM, Budget (which does not include the ALST tech fee), Stellantis Boost, and Nameplates.
- Top line Performance displays the Leads, Spend, and Cost Per Lead (CPL) from that specific campaign. Keep in mind, the Spend displayed is the total of both the dealership budget and the Stellantis Boost amount combined.
- Expanded Performance displays performance data including: how many ads were run during the campaign, total impressions on the ads, total clicks on the ads, and how many website views off the ads.
This information is also visible in the chart with views for day, week, or month and which can also be spliced to show performance using two comparative metrics.
Beneath the chart are two subsections of reporting: Nameplate Performance and Channels.
- Nameplate Performance shows the performance of each nameplate included in the campaign. The donut graph shows the total of Leads which came off the VIN specific ads included in the campaign. The dropdown in the upper right hand corner of that panel allows you to toggle views and see performance data according to Leads and Spend.
- The Channels section displays campaign performance by channel. This includes a breakdown of Spend, Leads, and Cost Per Lead by Search, Display, and Social Channels. At this time, Fullpath chooses the channels and optimization strategy on behalf of the dealer.
