When does billing start?
Billing begins when products are pushed live. If you signed up for a Premium package and have bundled services, your billing period begins when Website Engagement or Digital Advertising go live.
How does the dealership receive invoices?
Invoices are sent to the billing contact provided on your contract. Make sure that the billing contact's information is filled out correctly, and that this is the person responsible for billing at the dealership. You can request that additional contacts at the dealership receive invoices.
Once a product is live and invoices are generated, the billing contact and any additional contacts requested will receive an email with an invitation to log in to our billing portal. In the portal your billing representative(s) can see details about your subscription, past and current invoices, and submit payment.
When are invoices sent?
Invoices for Fullpath products and services, with the exception of VINs Acceleration, are sent on the 1st of every month. VINs Acceleration is billed on the 2nd of every month.
When is payment due?
Fullpath operates on a Net 10 Payment Agreement. Full payment must be received no later than 10 days after the invoice issue date.
What are Fullpath's payment options?
There are multiple payment options available:
- Customers can enroll in autopay. With this option, the customer-provided payment method will be billed automatically each month for the duration of your partnership with Fullpath.
- Customers can make monthly payments through the billing portal by credit card.
- Customers can make monthly payments through the billing portal by bank transfer.
- Customers can mail a check to Fullpath's lockbox in Atlanta, the address for which can be found on the top of each invoice.
When payment is made, you will receive an automatic payment receipt.
How does payment work for Google and Facebook for Digital Advertising?
Google/FB charges are billed directly to the client's credit card provided to Fullpath during onboarding.

- Google charges: After your ads run, you are automatically charged in one of two ways: either 30 days since your last automatic payment or when your account balance reaches your threshold (a predetermined amount), whichever comes first.
- Facebook charges: After your ads run, you are automatically charged in one of two ways: either 30 days since your last automatic payment or when your account balance reached your threshold (a predetermined amount), whichever comes first.
All invoices for Google Vehicle Ads will be managed via Stripe, Fullpath's Customer Success team can help set up your Stripe account during onboarding.
How does payment work for VINs Acceleration?
This is billed on the 2nd of the month on a dedicated VINs Acceleration invoice.
The contract states additional policies for VINs Acceleration billing (updated October 2023):
"Monthly fees for VINs Acceleration will be collected at the beginning of every month by Fullpath through ACH or credit card on automated recurring billing until such billing is cancelled by the Customer. Free periods indicated on the contract do not apply for VINs Acceleration. New accounts may go live between the 1st-15th of the month for the full package value without proration. Package decreases can be effective for the following month, and increases can be applied mid-month until the 21st. These policies are to ensure optimized performance."
