Overview
The Dealership Services section of the Fullpath CDP allows you to select the services that your dealership is currently offering, to be publicized across the website experience via Website Engagement. In this way you can make sure you're offerings are aligned and your advertising is consistent with the flip of a switch.
What Happens When Dealership Services are Enabled?

Website Engagement widget modules with copy and verbiage related to the enabled services will engage onsite Shoppers.

Notifications inside of the Website Engagement widget with the relevant service copy and verbiage are enabled, prompting shoppers to convert. Click to view examples of the Dealership Services notifications.
- The Fullpath ChatGPT will utilize the Dealership Services enabled to provide your shoppers with the most relevant information in the conversation.
Dealership Services Options
The dealership services options are broken down to 2 sections: Sales and Service . Within each of these sections you can see options that your dealership may choose to enable.
Sales

Digital Retailing to be enabled for dealers offering the complete purchase of a vehicle online.

Home Delivery to be enabled by dealers that offer delivery of a vehicle after purchase within a specified distance from the dealership.

Virtual Test Drive can be enabled by dealers that offer virtual test drives, such as recorded video demonstrations of a dealer rep driving the model.
- Trade-In Appraisal at Home for dealers that will conduct an appraisal at the customer's home.
Service

Service Pick-Up can be enabled if a dealer offers to pick up a customer's vehicle if they live within a specified, customizable distance from the dealership.
- Service Appointments at Home can be enabled if a dealer offers to service a customer's vehicle at their home if they live within a specified, customizable distance from the dealership.
